✨ New Chapter ✨

Over the years since losing Lachie, so many of you have reached out to me about grief — how to live with it, how to cope, and how to keep moving forward. Every message has touched my heart, and I’ve always wished I could give more of myself to help.

That’s why I decided to follow both my passion and my purpose, and I’ve just completed my Professional Certificate in Holistic Wellness Coaching 🤍 I’m now a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, specialising in grief coaching.

I’m here to support anyone who wants to step into their best self, but my heart truly lies with walking alongside those navigating grief. It isn’t linear, it isn’t easy — but it is, in many ways, another form of love.

If you feel called to work with me, I’ve set up a dedicated email: g.copelandcoaching@gmail.com Please reach out and I’ll send you my new client form to get started.

Thank you for being part of my journey. I hope I can now be part of yours too 💫

Walnut is two! ✨🤎🐾

My crazy, funny, sweet little babaganoush. The happiest little tail wag, the biggest personality and most gentle little heart. Loves absolutely everyone, never says no to a walk, always up for an adventure and never far from my side. Equal parts cheeky, cuddly and completely ridiculous.

The sweetest little soul with so much love to give. The perfect little best friend, forever my shadow and making me laugh every single day you little psychopath.

Two years of you, Walnut girl. Wouldn’t change a single thing about you 💖 by @g.copeland

Some places make you forget what day it is.

Tucked away in the Queensland highlands, @asgardretreat is all wide skies, wild country and the kind of quiet you don’t realise you’ve been missing.

A little off-grid. A little wild. And very hard to leave.

Gabarraa sits high on the Tenterfield tablelands — crisp mornings, open paddocks, and a stillness that only country life can offer. This is slow living, done properly.

South of France or Queensland country ? Escape the city life and unwind 2.5 hours from Brisbane . Girls trip calls for dressing up with a high tea brunch and wasting the morning away .
