This week on Rotation Radio:

Permutations in Dub w/ Gabe dbeib
Date: Saturday, 29 August
Time: 19:00-20:00

About the show:
A selection of dub-influenced tracks, ranging from a quirky Japanese dub cover of Blondie to contemporary dubstep and bass-heavy club cuts. Expect dub echoes, heavy basslines and sharp, rolling percussion.

# Bass, Dub, Dubstep, Electronic

About the host:
I think what’s at the heart of my DJing is exploration and curiosity. I started out throwing underground techno raves, before gradually moving towards jungle and what I like to call percussive bass music. More recently, I’ve been diving deeper into dub and dubstep-oriented soundscapes, following a curiosity that’s been shaped by the incredible DJs and artists I’ve had the chance to experience.

For me, DJing is about paying that inspiration forward. I want to curate sets that take the listener somewhere a little unexpected- something quirky, off-kilter, playful and, above all, fun! Hopefully, the music can spark the same sense of curiosity and inspiration in others. by @gabe.dbeib
