This year, I made a promise to myself to prioritize my health, push myself beyond my comfort zone, and stay consistent even on the days it feels hard. 🤍✨ Changing my habits, staying focused, and showing up for myself has reminded me just how capable I am. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, not just physically, but mentally, too. Somewhere along the way of becoming a mom, I found myself putting pieces of me on the back burner. This year has been about finding that spark again, rediscovering myself, and becoming the healthiest, strongest version of me. Motherhood changed me in so many beautiful ways, and now I’m learning to pour into myself, too. This is what showing up for ME looks like. 🫶🏼 Here’s to growth, consistency, and never giving up on the woman I’m becoming. 💗

Looking better in your 30s than in your 20s is exactly the flex you think it is 💪🏼🫶🏻✨
Your 30s hit different when you choose growth, peace, discipline, and self- respect. Aging isn’t the downgrade people make it out to be- it’s the upgrade ✨ The real flex? Becoming the best version of yourself 👑🧘‍♀️

Be the reason another woman sees that even in the middle of chaos, kids, real life… It’s still not too late to become her best self ✨🤍
You’ve got this! 💪🏼🤍
I made the best decision the beginning of the year to focus on my physical and mental health. It’s not selfish to take care of yourself! Postpartum fitness isn’t about running back to your old body, it’s about building a NEW one. Our bodies undergo so much change during pregnancy, it’s important to give ourselves some grace and appreciate our bodies!
Take it slow, listen to your body, and remind yourself how strong you are! 🤍
