🎉 We’re so excited to officially introduce the G & A Collective, LLC

Created by @ghillcreates and @alee_inwonderland , this is a space built on cooperation, shared
vision, and the belief that wellness and rest thrive when nurtured together.

We are more than a retreat company, we’re a community that chooses collaboration over
competition, rest over relentless hustle, and connection over isolation.

Here’s to building something revolutionary: a collective where our wellbeing is not a luxury, but a
birthright.

Happy Friday ✌🏾

Stop holding your breath. Unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders. Take a deep inhale through the nose, hold it at the top, exhale through the mouth and scream as loud as you can. Repeat as needed. 🫶🏾

“It was such a relaxing trip with a lot of great yoga and meditation practices mixed in between time of rest. The property was beautiful, with scenic views and a lot of unique spaces designed for community-building, as well as quiet time away to be alone. The heated pool/hot tub area was very peaceful with the sound of the water feature. The furniture and beds were comfortable, really creating an at-home atmosphere. The food prepared by a private chef was also amazing. The portions were just right, the food was so flavorful and fresh. Lastly, I was impressed with the instructors’ professionalism throughout the retreat. They thought about every detail and was intentional about interweaving rest into every aspect.”

One of the many characteristics I admire about Dr. Amerah Archer is that when she commits to a vision …consider it done!(And done beautifully might I add)

I was feeling overwhelmed.
So mid-type I closed my laptop and laid out my mat.

I listened to my body and didn’t resist her flow.
I returned to my breath.
I was able to come back into the moment.

May you also return to the practices that keep you well.
