Happy Friday ✌🏾 Stop holding your breath. Unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders. Take a deep inhale through the nose, hold it at the top, exhale through the mouth and scream as loud as you can. Repeat as needed. 🫶🏾 Flow w/ us this Sunday! Link in the bio to register 💕

One of my absolute favorite dishes to make while it’s still summer ( or honestly any time of year ) is this one right here. And it has quickly become a fan favorite. Pan seared Chicken served over a bed of tzatziki with roasted broccoli + cauliflower and bright tangy pickled red onions to bring it all together. Simple ingredients, but every piece has a purpose. 🥦🥒🌱 And you want to know what the best part is? It’s actually a recipe I have written down. IYKYK 😂 Over the next few days I am going to break down this plate piece by piece, sharing how to make each component. So by the end you will have everything you need to recreate this dish ! 🎉 First up tomorrow: How to make perfect chicken every time ! . #PrivateChef #MurrietaEats #TemeculaEats #MealPrepChef #SoCalPrivateChef

I was feeling overwhelmed. So mid-type I closed my laptop and laid out my mat. I listened to my body and didn’t resist her flow. I returned to my breath. I was able to come back into the moment. May you also return to the practices that keep you well. ✌🏽🫶🏽✨ Follow @gandacollective and we’ll flow together soon.

Story time: This past weekend, the class of 2006 celebrated our 20th high school reunion and it was more than I could’ve hoped for. 🫶🏽✨ We were the last class to graduate from the Old Building (IYKYK😎) and that’s was the place where a lot of my special memories were held. Moving back home after being gone for over a decade, has been a challenge for me so I was grateful to one of my childhood besties (and Rogers Alum) Dr. @amerah1913 for her vision to bring me in to guide a yoga series for a group of TPS Transportation Services employees. We laughed and built community and I was able to make memories in the “new building”. Robert S. Rogers High School….Go Red (in my cheer voice) Healing my inner child continues… ✌🏽🫶🏽✨🧘🏽‍♀️

The strategy for @gandacollective balanced two ideas that rarely coexist naturally: luxury and belonging. So, every decision from the brand essence to the messaging was built to make premium wellness feel culturally affirming rather than exclusive, a warming and inviting luxury experience was the goal. Book your discovery call in the link in the bio or comment DISCOVERY and I’ll send you a DM.
