Nothing is more important than taking care of your physical health. We all know that. Getting stronger, staying disciplined, and becoming the best version of yourself matters.

But if that’s all you’re doing, and you’re not taking care of your household, you’re missing the point.

Be the kind of GARAGE DAD who wakes up early, puts in the work, gets better for himself, and then shows up in an even bigger way for his family.

This morning, instead of grabbing coffee or donuts for the guys, I wanted every dad to leave with something for the person who holds it all together at home. Every guy took home a bouquet of flowers for his wife.

That’s what brotherhood looks like. We push each other to be stronger men … not just in the gym, but at home.

Garage Dads lead with love, toughness, AND flowers.

So thankful to @goodmorningamerica for giving me the opportunity to tell the story of Garage Dads.

I think it’s wild and honestly inspiring how much dads need this community. It’s not an accident that I started this five weeks ago and we’re already on Good Morning America. It’s not because I’m some great marketer. It’s not because people love me that much. And it’s definitely not just because dads love working out.

It’s because dads need community more than ever.

And it goes beyond us. Moms need better dads. Wives need better husbands. Our kids need better examples.

I really believe we’re at a point where dads are taking ownership of what it means to be great… not just physically, but as husbands, fathers, and men.

I’m learning every single day from my wife. I’m FAR from perfect… a five-minute conversation with her would confirm that 😂. But I care about my family more than anything, and every day I’m just trying to get 1% better for them.

That’s Garage Dads.

Being a dad is all about doing whatever it takes. For me, that means waking up early, moving my body, and surrounding myself with other dads who are going through the same journey.

that's unfortunately a low bar, and we want to help men clear it every time, raising it higher as we go. this is what Garage Dads is for.

Friday Dads workout ✅ This garage has changed a lot over the years.

It used to be a place where I trained to become a better football player. Everything was about ME… Emphasis on ME.

Well, over the last few years, this garage has become about US. I know that’s cheesy, but it’s true.

Now it’s a place where dads show up before the sun comes up, pushing each other to be better.

And somehow, this garage means more to me now than it ever did.

I’m still trying to get stronger. I’m still trying to push my limits. But now I’m doing it alongside men who are trying to be better husbands, better fathers, and better people.

I think that’s my favorite part about Garage Dads. We’re all at different stages of life, figuring things out as we go. None of us have it all figured out, but at least we’re doing it together. taken in Newport Beach, California by @garagedads
