I’m absolutely grateful for the 12th man program and everyone who participated. @farmingtonyouthfootball & @herrimanuteconferencefootball both cheered and did their parts to make it possible for my daughter to participate. She wasn’t supposed to walk or talk. She’s defied all odds and now so many amazing kids are coming together to create such a special moment. Thank you everyone 🙏🏻 #Utah #youthfootball #inclusion #reeloftheday #herrimanutah taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @garrethdickson

We did it again. 2nd straight week finding Moose. These guys came running from out of the bushes. It’s pretty wild that we have such incredible animals running around here in #utah wrapped up the night with an amazing moon shot that my son was able to be a part of! #wildlifephotography #moose #getoutside #naturephotography taken in Silver Lake Big Cottonwood Canyon by @garrethdickson

She wasn’t supposed to walk. She wasn’t supposed to talk. She wasn’t supposed to play sports.

Today our amazing @uteconferencefootball family came together and made the impossible, possible.

She’s had an absolutely crazy life and somehow she just keeps going and lighting up the lives of so many.

It always chokes me up with people come together to support her or make her feel included.

Sometimes it’s the little things that don’t seem like a big deal that means the world to someone.

We are so grateful for everyone today for this moment that will go unforgotten. .. also what an amazing big brother! ♥️ #uteconferencefootball #youthfootball #inclusion #utah #herrimanfootball by @garrethdickson

You don’t always have to travel far to find the wild. 🫎📸

Sometimes it’s waiting just up the canyon.

I spotted this incredible moose at Silver Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon, just a short drive from Salt Lake City. Moments like this are a reminder of how lucky we are to live somewhere where true wilderness is still right in our backyard.

There’s something different about seeing an animal like this in its natural environment. No fences. No crowds gathered around an enclosure. Just a quiet evening in the mountains and a moose moving through a place it calls home.

As a photographer, these are the moments I chase. Not just for the photograph, but for the experience of being there when nature decides to give you a glimpse into its world.

Utah never stops reminding me that you don’t have to go far to find something extraordinary.

Sometimes you just have to go outside. 🏔️

Perfect way to end our #yellowstonenationalpark trip. This was probably our best trip ever to see animals. We saw so many bears. Can’t wait to go back. Stay tuned for the best of my pictures testing out my new camera. They’re breathtaking. #yellowstone @yellowstonenps #bears #bearsofinstagram taken in Yellowstone National Park by @garrethdickson

For so many years I felt like I was meant for behind the scenes or in the background.

The past few years I really out grew that and it was mostly just the people I surrounded myself with.

Your value is not defined by the people you’re around but sometimes they definitely influence your thoughts to yourself.

I’m in the best place in my life now and surrounded with the most incredible people.

If you’re not feeling like you belong or not meant to shine bright.. look at who you’re surrounded by. Do they inspire you? Support you? Make you feel valued? Appreciated?

Things to think about…

You can get almost anything at @target …
but some things matter more than products ❤️

Like #Bullseye 🐶🎯

Kids don’t forget him.
They light up when they see him.
He turns a store run into a memory.

Sports gear. Gaming gear. Back-to-school.
We come for everything
but Bullseye is why my kids love coming along.

👋 @target consider this a vote to bring Bullseye back front and center.
Retail magic lives in the details… and the dog 🐾

If you’ve been pulling away lately, read this.

1️⃣ You don’t want to be around people.
That’s not isolation—it’s recalibration. Your energy is realigning.

2️⃣ You feel like hibernating.
Rest isn’t laziness. It’s preparation.
Every transformation begins in the cocoon.

3️⃣ Your style, music, and tastes are shifting.
That’s not random. Old layers are falling away.
The old version of you doesn’t fit anymore.

4️⃣ The things that once lit you up… don’t.
That’s not loss.
That’s space being cleared for what’s next.

5️⃣ You’re questioning everything—
your work, relationships, habits, direction.
That’s not confusion. That’s clarity forming.

6️⃣ It feels like a retreat.
But deep down, you know it’s necessary.

You’re not disappearing.
You’re becoming.

You probably won’t see me again..
so don’t forget to hit follow before you do.

Teaching our kids to serve others has always been one of our highest priorities—especially during the holiday season.

For many families, this time of year isn’t filled with magic. It can be heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain. We’ve lived through those seasons too… and that’s why giving back matters so deeply to us. When you’ve walked through hard holidays, you understand the power of even a small act of kindness.

This year, we’re partnering with The USANA Foundation to help provide meals for children right here in Utah who rely on school lunches as their primary source of food. When school closes for winter break, thousands of kids quietly go without—many for days at a time. No child should have to experience that.

What makes this initiative even more meaningful is getting our own kids involved. Teaching them to show up for their community—to give, to serve, to see others—is one of the greatest gifts we can pass on. When they help pack meals or deliver supplies, they understand firsthand that their actions can change someone else’s holiday.

This season, we’re inviting you and your family to join us.
Let’s show up for Utah kids who need a little extra love and support. Let’s teach service by doing service. And together, let’s create a ripple of kindness that lasts far beyond December.

✨ If you’d like to participate, donate, or volunteer as a family, message us and we’ll share the details.
Because when communities come together, no child gets forgotten.

Superstars are made in the off season!

If you want to be the best you have to train with the best!

Utah Utes linebacker @francisjordanbernard with 80+ tackles, multiple interceptions, and game-changing plays, Francis built a legacy on discipline, instinct, and heart.

Now he’s pouring that same energy into training future superstars, helping young athletes master their craft, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.

This isn’t just coaching… it’s mentorship, mindset, and next-level development and we are thrilled to be working with him this offseason!

Greatness teaching greatness.
