It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we lost our brother, Randall Harris.

Today, the wakeboard community is coming together to celebrate his life and help support his daughter through the Harmony Fund. We are Auctioning off Randall’s one of a kind memorial boat and many athletes and friends are also auctioning off wakeboarding memorabilia at VandallBoat.com

The Vandall Memorial Auction is officially live

A few shots of a few @tigeboats and @atxboats with team rider @jake_pelot, shot for @boatingmagazine’s 2026 Boat Buyers Guide. The Tigé team’s home lake is Possum Kingdom, a couple hours west of Dallas, and it’s always a fun spot to shoot.

The @moombaboats Mondo — 20 feet of watersports fun. We shot the Mondo on Lake Tellico in Vonore, TN and Lake Minnehaha in Clermont, FL. Whether it’s the Blue Ridge Mountains or the green swamps, this little boat looks good. by @garrettcortese

The @liquidforcewake park team is a rad group of humans from all parts of the world: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Italy, Germany, Thailand, England, Australia, and more. Shooting for the 2026 campaign at @thai_wake_park doesn’t seem like a year ago, but here we are about to embark on some adventures for 2027. With that, here’s a couple handfuls of frames of the crew we shot last year.

Whether he’s boat-riding the iconic Lake Powell or taking countless laps at Thai Wake Park, @guentheroka has a knack for riding aquatic boards, and makes them all look really cool. The first shot was one of the first photos we got at Powell. Guenther did a little slash and warm-up jump before boosting this big method right toward me and @withshanebonifay in the photo boat. The sun hadn’t fully come up over the cliffs where we were riding yet, but I knew instantly that photo was a sign of good things to come for the week.

How fucking cool did the base turn out with the full brain placed on it in the middle? This year yet again I feel like we can claim having created one of the coolest bottoms of a wakeboard.

You wanna know why this year’s artwork of my pro model board is special to me?
Let me take you through what’s behind the artwork that @nanelife_ made.

First, I love trees. If you have known the Peak over the years you know that I’ve drawn trees for a few of the artworks already (2014, 2018, 2019, 2022). This time though it is Nane’s interpretation of a tree. In her creative mind, this tree is funky (growing a flower as well as a mushroom), but it also seems to suffer. Because it’s hard to grow? Or because it’s crazy what we do to nature? It’s crazy because I really feel like this is not any tree, but one that you can connect with because it is so unique. Have you noticed that the tree trunk is not colored but it’s the actual wood of the core?

The best part though is below the tree. In what I think turned out as an awesome and unique positioning of the artwork with LF’s creative director @joehighfill you can see how the tree grows out of a hand which is holding a … a brain? Yes, a brain!

The brain really is the centerpiece of the board, so much that I even have a tattoo of it. The hands holding it, the eyes on it… there is a lot of symbolism. Let me just tell you what it means to me:
Everything we see, everything we touch and grab and hold, ultimately gets processed by the brain. The other way, too: everything we think really forms how we see and feel the world! So it is this balance and back and forth the shapes our experience. It is this what gave the topic to this board: INSPIRATION

To have something coming from my own hand I have written these words about inspiration and we placed them around the tracks. The full sentences were:

(Front) Get inspired. Move and get inspired. Read and get inspired. Look inside and get inspired. Look outside and get inspired. Be you and inspire.

Another look back at a shoot from a decade ago at @area52.tv. Nick Dorsey was a regular out at Henshaw’s place, always throwing down and always keeping everybody entertained. I set up a few lights for an evening session and posted up on the floating dock by the PVC A-frame. I always liked how this one turned out. A couple months later, the infamous wall would be built and the crazy photo sessions would continue.

Ten years ago @guentheroka was in the early stages of his pro career, grinding hard to carve out a niche for himself in an industry that seemed to have fewer opportunities for sponsorships than the one he grew up watching. But if Guenther is one thing, it is determined. He spent a couple years as the grom/grunt at LF team shoots, doing whatever was needed to help make the shoot successful, and riding whenever he was given the opportunity. In time, the industry took notice. I remember having a conversation with @aarongrace during a shoot at @area52.tv, about how Guenther could be one of the next kids to make it. His passion, humility and good-natured attitude stood out, and were setting him up for success.
These pictures were taken at Area 52, I believe shortly after Guenther signed his first pro contract with LF. @alliancewake wanted to do an interview with the kid with the bright future. We titled that interview “Get it Guenther,” and ten years later, it’s safe to say he got it. Guenther has made a career most could never dream of, establishing himself as one of the best all around riders the sport has ever seen.
