I am so proud of all we accomplished this past year as a couple.

Bodybuilding is often described as a lonely sport, and it can be. However, when you share the same passion as your partner you get to experience it all together.

From the highs, to the lows, the wins, the losses, and every milestone in between @garrettmckean and I have been there to support each other.

Fun fact: Garrett was about 1 pound heavier on stage than when we started with @j_jacoby32 (photo on the right on second slide) and I was 2 pounds heavier on stage at nationals than when we started (photo on the right in the third slide.

2024 was an incredible year for us, and 2025 is going to be even better 💙 taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @garrettmckean

🥈Second Place at North Americans

Coming so close to the win stings a little, as it would for anybody. Regardless, I am proud of what I brought to the stage this year.

In just 8 months I put on 10 pounds of lean tissue and maxed out my weight cap for the Classic division. Not a lot of people can say that and nothing to take lightly.

I may have not taken home the win on stage but I won in so many other areas of this prep. At the end of the day the goal is to bring a better package every time and I did just that.

My time is coming but until then, I am going to enjoy the journey and count my blessings along the way.

I look back at this moment not as a loss, but as a pivotal part of my bodybuilding journey. I’ve been fighting a battle within myself. The daily battle of imposter syndrome, doubt, always thinking I’m not big enough or good enough, or that I don’t have what it takes to be a pro.

This show allowed me to truly see my own potential and what I am capable of.

Thank you @gilcoproductions for capturing this moment, it’s a day I’ll never forget.

If I could quit my 9-5 today, this is what I’d do.

Over the past year I’ve been fortunate enough to do a little bit of traveling and experience some amazing gyms. I always walk in with a workout planned but the second I see new equipment that I’ve never used before that plan is scrapped and I’m doing some sort of full body workout. I’m like a kid in a candy store.

What I love most isn’t just the equipment. It’s meeting the owners, hearing how they got started, their future plans, and seeing how passionate they are about helping others become the best version of themselves.

Same goes for the all the people I have met along the way. Everyone has a story and I love hearing their journey and what they have overcome to get them where they are today.

If I could leave corporate America tomorrow and spend my days traveling, visiting gyms, and meeting new people who share the same passion, I would in a heartbeat. I’m sure many of you would too.

Thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to share their story with me. I’m excited to see what the future holds! 🚀

Never forget where you started.

Sometimes I get so caught up in where I want to be that I forget to appreciate how far I’ve come.

Take the time to enjoy the day in front of you, and don’t lose the love for your passion by getting too fixated on your end goal. I still have plenty of work to do, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.

Keep showing up and outwork the words of the naysayers. 💪

The perfect birthday reset 🎂🏝️ 🌊🎈🐚

Finally took some time to slow down with my love and go on vacation for the first time in over 3 years! We got to be present and really reflect on all the amazing things we’ve done and talk about plans for our future.

We also got to try out some new gyms including @oakislandfitness which was truly a gem in such a quaint beach town, took the dogs to the beach for the first time, baked a cake, and watched the sun rise 💛

Year 28 was magical, I accomplished so many things I’ve always dreamed of but- I have a feeling year 29 is going to be even better 🙏🫶

My Mina Moon 🌙 Happy “last” birthday

29 years ago, you came into this world and made it a better place you just didn’t know it yet.

I don’t think you realize the impact you have on the people around you. I’ve had the privilege of watching you help others find confidence in themselves, push them beyond what they thought they were capable of, and become better versions of who they are today. You have especially done the same for me and some.

You bring out a version of me that I didn’t know I was capable of. You challenge me, support me, believe in me, and most importantly love me in ways I didn’t know I needed. Your love has changed me for the best and getting to love you is something I’ll never take for granted.

You are the most selfless person I know. You give so much of yourself to the people you care about without ever asking for anything in return. So today, I want you to do something that doesn’t come naturally to you…let everyone celebrate YOU!

Let yourself receive the love, appreciation, and kind words from all of the people whose lives are better because you were just being you. You deserve every bit of it.

I hope this birthday reminds you just how loved you are, how much you’ve accomplished, and how many lives you’ve touched simply by being yourself.

Spent the day in the apple orchard with the apple of my eye 🍎
