POSTS STORIES REELS

One week ago today(on papa’s 30th birthday), the most life changing experience happened that has transformed our lives forever.

Plenty of years to share about you, but for now we will let the video speak for itself.

Eternally grateful for the loving support and empowering education from our birth team that made our choice of a home birth feel so aligned.

Welcome to the world Scout Skutvik Grisham.
Mom and Dad are so proud to be your parents. Can’t wait to explore the world with you. 🌎🐉❤️ by @garygrishamlll

This one feels pretty special. 🤍

For the last 2.5 months, we’ve been building Northbound Collective from two different countries. Sharing ideas across time zones, taking calls whenever we could, sending each other thoughts at all hours, changing our minds, and honestly just figuring it out as we go.
All while counting down the days until we could finally be together again as a family.

Our last day in Norway is here, and the journey back to the USA starts tomorrow.

It feels kind of crazy that as we’re making our way back to each other, we’re also finally putting something out into the world that we’ve talked about and dreamed about building together for a long time.

Northbound is about movement, yes, but to us, it’s always been about so much more than working out.

It’s about getting outside. Staying curious. Feeling strong and capable. Trying new things. Spending time with people you love. Moving because it makes you feel good. And creating a life that you’re genuinely excited to be living.

We definitely don’t have it all figured out yet. We’re building this as we go, and we want to bring you along for that part too..the ideas, the adventures, the messy parts and everything in between.

This is just the beginning, and we’re really excited to see where it takes us.

Welcome to Northbound Collective.

Something we’ve dreamed about for a long time is finally coming to life.

This is just the beginning. ☺️

Much love,

Monkey around from time to time, why not... But maybe stretch first 🐒

2 months since I’ve held my girls. It’s about that time. 💛💛 by @garygrishamlll

Cheaper than therapy and you get to be outside. 🥊😎🥊

@lenadubo making it look easy 8 months postpartum👏👏. Mama bears are built different. F around and find out 💀 by @garygrishamlll

9 years strong since we met 🐒🐒

That month in Miami sure turned into one heck of a story so far.

Multiple states, multiple dwellings, sooo many suitcases 😆… yet one major theme has been reoccurring —>
“ Stop waiting for certainty. If it feels right, that’s enough to begin. “

So we continue onwards, chasing our little monkey girl up the mountains, over the hills and hopefully catching a view or two along the way 🫂🌊💙 by @garygrishamlll

Listened and let it rip. Do that more. #musicandmovement

Orange Beach Alabama you do it well. Close to 32 summers and somehow it keeps getting better. 🤟 by @garygrishamlll

Get a little dizzy everyday, it’s what the doctor ordered.

Been wanting to share this since I left Norway but couldn’t figure out the face blur thing 😑 Missing my girls extra today so wanted to give my self a reminder of how lucky I feel to be Scout’s papa.

It’s quite amusing to see how much she goes up, down and all around daily. I think beyond stimulating the vestibular system(which comes with a cocktail of feel good chemicals) children understand that your world is a little more clear with a little shake and spin session.

Spin often my girl, Say Yes to the wisdom of the body, Savior that feeling and please remind us when we forget🙃🫶😘 by @garygrishamlll

About a month ago, right before Gary had to fly back to the US, we did something we hadn’t done in over two years 😳 We spent our very first night away together since becoming parents.

It felt like such a big milestone for us.🙈 As much as we love being Scout’s parents, this little getaway reminded us that taking care of our relationship is just as important. When we make time for each other, our whole family benefits in return.

Thank you to @qualityhotelwaterfront for making this little getaway so special. We left feeling rested, reconnected, and wondering why we waited so long.

Safe to say…we’re definitely not waiting another two years before our next getaway. ❤️ by @garygrishamlll

Kettle Bell Flow 🌊

Kettlebell flow is a continuous sequence of movements that blends strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and cardio into one practice.

Yes, it will become an obsession once enough sweat equity is put in 🤓🤩

Stoked to see what flavors I can add to this artform while continuing to learn and explore. 🤙
