Cool session with an old mate of nearly 30 years, fab to catch up. Massive Logic crash course, leaving inspired. Still amazes me how much talent and drive you have mate. Love hearing the plans for stuff coming up too!

Sounds better with you, coming soon.

Surprise trip to #Jersey, thank you @katseear Beaches, walking, proper grub, sun and catching up with family. Lightning strike at boarding on the way home was a bonus nobody asked for. Much needed, peace x taken in Jersey, Channel Islands by @garynansome

Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable. They fail because they wait.

They wait until they feel ready. They wait until they understand everything. They wait until it feels comfortable.

That moment rarely comes.

About 18 months ago I decided my health (mentally and physically) wasn’t where it should be. I stopped talking about it and started acting on it. That one decision changed more than just my body. It changed how I approach everything.

Momentum comes from action. Not planning.

To help others in similar positions that are stuck, suffering and can’t get off the start line I’ve launched something new. It’s called REVERSE.

It’s a personal experiment in health, performance and showing up properly. And I’ve set myself a target. 500 followers by the end of today, seems a small amount but HUGE for me. If I can inspire or help just 1 person then I’d be super chuffed.

No perfect runway. No long warm-up. Just action and adjustment.

If you’re building something, this is your reminder. Say yes first. Then figure it out.

People who’ve influenced this mindset for me include @jakehumphrey ,
@highperformance and the work he’s doing around performance and high standards. That level of accountability matters.

If you want to follow the journey, I’ll link REVERSE below.

Let’s see what happens.
