🏆 Restoranas „Gaspar‘s“ – „30 geriausių restoranų“ reitingo senbuvis, dvejus pastaruosius metus iš eilės užsitikrinęs pirmąją sąrašo poziciją. Šiemet jis pelno specialią „Best of the Best“ nominaciją. Ji restoranui atitenka už ryškų pėdsaką Lietuvos gastronominėje kultūroje, unikalumą, išskirtinumą, vis tobulėjančią skonių dermę, svetingumą ir ilgalaikį požiūrį rinkoje.

„Visada sakau, kad galų gale, viskas yra ne apie maistą ir gėrimus, nes maisto ir gėrimų gali gauti daugelyje vietų. Tai kur kas daugiau – viskas yra apie svetingumą. We are incredibly proud to share that our chef Gaspar Fernandes has been nominated for the “Vilnius Is My City” Awards in the “For Tasty Vilnius” category.

For the past 11 years, he has devoted his talent, hard work and dedication to the development of the gastronomic scene of Vilnius and Lithuania. Through his cuisine, ideas and commitment to excellence, he has contributed to making our city a more exciting and dynamic culinary destination.

The “Vilnius Is My City” Awards celebrate foreigners who have made a meaningful contribution to the city they have chosen as their home. We believe our chef is a beautiful example of what it means to become part of Vilnius - not simply to live here, but to contribute to its growth and leave a lasting mark.

We are proud of his journey, proud of what he has created, and proud to see his work recognised.

OUR MICHELIN PLAQUE GOT STOLEN 👀

We always knew our @michelinguide Bib Gourmand plaque 2025 was special… Just didn’t expect someone to take it that seriously.

On Wednesday night, it was stolen from Gaspar’s.

We’ll take it as a compliment - but this plaque represents years of hard work from our team and support from our guests, so we’d really love to have it back ❤️

If you recognize anything (person, bike), or if you happen to see the plaque somewhere - please let us know. No questions asked.

BIRTHDAY BRUNCH

Everything has started with a brunch! Exactly 10 years ago, Gaspar’s was open with a Sunday brunch. On the occasion of our 10th year anniversary, we couldn’t resist to pay a tribute to Sunday brunches.

We will be offering our all time brunch favorites: our style Croque-madame, served on a waffle; English breakfast, masala omelette, and of course, banana pancakes. And what a birthday without a birthday cake? Expect a treat from us!
