Chef @gaspar.fernandes presents fantastic food at @gasparsrestaurant , drawing on his Indian and Portuguese heritage to create an extraordinary dining experience.
His 7-course tasting menu showcases bold creativity and flawless execution, bringing together unexpected flavours in refined, beautifully balanced dishes. Every plate builds on layers of texture and taste, with vibrant ingredients that ignite the tastebuds.
The undisputed standout was the elegant combination of langoustine topped with a delicate slice of otoro. The service was warm, natural, and complemented the experience wonderfully.
@gasparsrestaurant offers an exciting contemporary take on casual dining with global influences, resulting in a delicious experience and a true highlight of the city’s culinary scene.

When we planned this seafood feast with @gaspar.fernandes & @gasparsrestaurant, we decided to skip the menu completely.

No set dishes. No hints.
Just the freshest catch of the day and full trust in the chef.

Every plate was a surprise. No one at the table knew what was coming next… and that made it even better.

It turned into one of the most delicious dinners we’ve had at one of the best restaurants in Lithuania.

OUR MICHELIN PLAQUE GOT STOLEN 👀

We always knew our @michelinguide Bib Gourmand plaque 2025 was special… Just didn’t expect someone to take it that seriously.

On Wednesday night, it was stolen from Gaspar’s.

We’ll take it as a compliment - but this plaque represents years of hard work from our team and support from our guests, so we’d really love to have it back ❤️

If you recognize anything (person, bike), or if you happen to see the plaque somewhere - please let us know. No questions asked.

Let’s bring it home.
