Big News for the Fam! Join us in welcoming @valruns4margs as our newest Ambassador! 🎉🎉

If you’ve run anywhere in Pittsburgh, chances are you’ve felt Val’s incredible energy, whether she’s pacing you to a PR, cheering you on from the sidelines, or leading the crew!

Val is a driving force in our local running scene. Founder of @valsaidstation , a non-profit community-driven aid and energy station supporting Pittsburgh runners, co-founder of No Pace Run Club, and a member of the P3R Pace Team, she represents everything we love about the Pittsburgh running community.

She’s tirelessly out there serving enthusiasm, uplifting others on and off the course, all while raising the next generation of runners. 🏃‍♀️✨

She’s currently gearing up to tackle a massive lineup: the Pittsburgh EQT 10-Miler, the Marine Corps Marathon, and Every Woman’s Marathon! We couldn’t be more proud to have her on Team GBM! 🥳

Today, Keith and Zack stepped out of the store and into the classroom at the University of Pittsburgh to guest lecture for a Functional Human Anatomy class!

We were incredibly honored to be invited to share our knowledge, showcase footwear, and discuss the important relationship between local running stores and physical therapy. From understanding the mechanics of the human body to helping people find the right footwear for their individual needs, it was an awesome opportunity to connect what we do every day in the store with the science behind movement and mobility.

Getting to share our passion with the next generation of healthcare professionals was an experience we’ll never forget. Huge thank you to the University of Pittsburgh for having us—we had an absolute blast!
