My conversation with @shawncavallo on World Vision Canada’s The Vision Journal is out today! 🎙

While in Zimbabwe, I had the incredible opportunity to meet Michael, the 11-year-old boy I sponsor through @worldvisioncan. Getting to spend time with him, see what his daily life looks like, and learn more about the challenges he faces had a big impact on me and it’s an experience I’ll never forget. 🧡

Shawn & I talked about my time in Zimbabwe, the people I met, and how World Vision Canada is helping create opportunities for children and communities to build brighter futures.

I can’t wait to share WE ARE ONE with the world.

More than a song, this is a project with a purpose — bringing voices together around something bigger than all of us.

Proud to partner with World Vision Canada on this very special project.

What gift would YOU bring from Canada?

First stop before Zimbabwe: picking up a few Canadian gifts for our sponsored children.

Michelle found the perfect shirt for Kelly, and I grabbed one for Michael… plus I briefly considered bringing along some maple syrup. 😂

We were both so excited to finally meet them in person.
