The greater the 'hard', the greater the 'reward'. It doesnt mean you shouldn't believe that success, love, and fortune can't come with ease. But the journey still had 'hard times' to get there. Its OK to recognize that. To accept that. It doesn't mean you're manifesting 'hard'... it means you're honoring it ❤️‍🩹 And I'll tell you one thing.... having the body of your dreams SURE WAS HARD!!! And worth EVERY MINUTE! Hard is GOOD! The Law of Polarity will tell you that the other side of 'hard' is 'ease'. Work for it. Then relish in it. #Honoring #SuccessIsEarned #GemmaReed #WorkHardPlayHard taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @gemreed888

... because I'll do everything in my power to make sure it does! And if it doesn't, something else works out even better, so does that mean it technically did work out from the beginning 🤔 #GemmaReed #VITA #VioletSageGlobal #TrendingReels #MakeShitHappen taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @gemreed888

My superpower is showing people that their superpower is the same as mine. Energy. We are all energy, and we have the ability to choose what we bring into every room, every conversation, and every life we touch. When we raise our own vibration, we do not experience that energy alone. It moves through us and into the people around us. Joy becomes contagious. Light expands. Love multiplies. That is the power we all carry. The highest version of you does not just change your life. It changes the energy of everyone you encounter. Vibrate higher. Love louder. Be the light. That is our superpower. #VITA #VITAATLANTA #GemmaReed #VioletSageGlobal #BeTheLight by @gemreed888

V•I•T•A Vitality | Intention | Time | Abundance If you're new to me and my page, a few things you may not know about me: - I was a personal trainer, gym director, and bodybuilder for 13 years. I retired when my Marketing & Business Consultancy grew to where it needed my full-time attention. - I was a yoga teacher, spiritual guide, and meditation coach for 10 years. Same as above. - I was a motivational speaker, and personal development and life coach over that time as well. In that time of my life, I was heavily engaged with social media and used it as a platform to teach, coach, and share my knowledge in these areas so that more people could live healthy and happy. When I decided to channel my energy and focus into growing my consultancy, I somewhat 'disappeared'. "Disappear for 6 months and get 5 years ahead" ~ yeah, that works, and I highly recommend it. I disappeared for a little longer than that, though. I've come to that point, where I feel wrong for keeping all of my knowledge to myself. I still have that burning desire to teach you how to live your best life as the best version of YOU. Enter..... V•I•T•A My new brand will be here for you, to help you become the best version of you and live a long, healthy, authentic, happy, and abundant life ❤️ More to come over the coming weeks, months, and years. ☆♡☆♡☆♡ #VITA #GemmaReed #VITAATLANTA taken in Oamaru, New Zealand by @gemreed888

The version of you that built the business may not be the version capable of scaling it. And that’s exactly where leadership has to evolve. In the beginning, being involved in everything probably helped you grow. You made the decisions, solved the problems, watched the details, and kept your hands on every moving piece. But eventually, those same habits can become the bottleneck. Scaling requires a different skill set. Less control. Better delegation. Clearer priorities. Stronger decisions. Bigger thinking. One of the biggest shifts is learning to make decisions without having every answer. You will rarely have 100% certainty in business. Waiting for perfect information often costs more than making a calculated decision and adjusting along the way. Strong leaders assess what they know, make the best decision available, execute, measure the outcome, learn, and adjust. Your job at the next level isn’t to control everything. It’s to build the judgment, people, and systems that allow the business to move forward without you holding every piece. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ www.violetsageglobal.com #MarketingSuperhuman #GemmaReed #VioletSageGlobal #VioletSage #LeadershipDevelopment taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @gemreed888
