The version of you that built the business may not be the version capable of scaling it. And that’s exactly where leadership has to evolve.

In the beginning, being involved in everything probably helped you grow. You made the decisions, solved the problems, watched the details, and kept your hands on every moving piece. But eventually, those same habits can become the bottleneck.

Scaling requires a different skill set. Less control. Better delegation. Clearer priorities. Stronger decisions. Bigger thinking.

One of the biggest shifts is learning to make decisions without having every answer. You will rarely have 100% certainty in business. Waiting for perfect information often costs more than making a calculated decision and adjusting along the way.

Strong leaders assess what they know, make the best decision available, execute, measure the outcome, learn, and adjust.

Your job at the next level isn’t to control everything. It’s to build the judgment, people, and systems that allow the business to move forward without you holding every piece.

...don't understand the platform.

If you dont understand this, then you can do more damage than good by using social media for your business.

Sales and marketing is all psychology.

You could get a whole degree on Social Media Psychology, alone.

Value = educational, humorous, thought-provoking, money-saving, inspirational/motivational, informative.

You can add useless posts, sparingly, that have no energy or thought-process behind it. This will break up your feed and give your audience a breather so they dont feel over-sold to. But note the word 'sparingly'.

If you arent providing enough from the 'free value' list, you run the risk of sounding redundant, ignorant, and not like the expert you want to be seen as.

Before you post, always ask yourself "what are the goals of my business?" and then "what is the purpose of this post?" and "is this post getting me closer to my goals?"

If its your personal page, disregard all of this. Who cares! Post away. Have fun with it!
