SkillUp 3.0: The Algorithm Summit was pure magic and a huge success!

We watched young people move from simply consuming content to thinking seriously about building careers, creating value, and owning their future.

A special shout-out to all our volunteers, partners and sponsors who made this event a reality.

Happy Children's Day to the brilliant students who filled our hall, and our hearts..

And a blessed Eid Kabir to everyone celebrating!

Two events.
Hundreds of students.
Real change.
Before we show you what's coming - here's proof of what we've already built.
SkillUp 1.0. SkillUp 2.0.
SkillUp 3.0 is the next chapter.
And this time,

we're coming to Abuja.

Empowerment isn’t a word we put on a poster.

It’s someone choosing to bet on themselves.

This is what it looks like.

At GENACH, we believe change begins when people choose to participate.

Which slide describes you?

Did you raise a finger? If yes, how many fingers did you raise?

Tell us in the comments.

International Day of the Girl Child may be over, but the work continues.

A reminder that every girl has a story.
Some are still finding their voice. Others are discovering just how far their dreams can take them.
With the right support, skills, and opportunities, a girl can find her platform, lead with confidence, and inspire others to follow.
The day may have passed, but our commitment to every girl’s future remains.

At GENACH, we believe every girl deserves the chance to dream, grow, and lead.

More of the humans behind GENACH.

Most programmes end at the certificate.

Ours ends with a phone call and Dms asking, ‘How’s it going?’

That’s the GENACH difference.

Before you became who you are, someone taught you.

Today, on World Teachers’ Day, we celebrate every teacher who has helped a student see a future they could not yet see for themselves.

Who was that teacher for you?

Tag them or tell us their story below.

PEACE IS THE ABSENCE OF VIOLENCE.

It is the presence of respect.

It is being able to learn without fear.

It is allowing young people to dream without being limited by violence.

It is creating communities where people can disagree without destroying one another.

On this International Day of Non-Violence, GENACH remembers that peaceful communities create better space for people to learn, work and grow.
