There is a passage in Luke where Jesus tells his disciples to stop. Not to pray harder. Not to work more. To stop, and to look at a flower.

The lily was not chasing. The lily had not earned its colour. It had been clothed in the morning, by something other than itself, and would be gone by the evening. Still it bloomed. Still it was more beautifully dressed than the richest king who had ever lived.

This is a collection about what grows when you stop chasing it.

Genesis Worn presents Consider the Lilies - the Atelier capsule for the season’s turn toward stillness, as we leave the summer season.

The Liberty Tee. Lady Liberty, redrawn flowers in place of the torch. Not conquest, but consideration. She doesn’t hold flame to prove herself. She holds what grew without effort, without striving: the way the lilies of the field are clothed without ever having spun a thread.

Alongside her: the Cherub Beanie, three figures intertwined on a flower branch, hand-printed using water-based inks in our Southampton studio.
