🎶🧠 SUCCESS! 🧠🎶
Music & Mental Health: Building a Healthier Industry Together was powerful, intentional, and deeply needed.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, listened, participated, and helped move this conversation forward. Creating space for mental wellness in the music industry isn’t optional—it’s essential. Yesterday was proof that change happens when community comes together.

This is only the beginning 💙🎧

If your mind has been racing lately… pause. 🫂

If you feel like you don’t have anyone to lean on, if your emotions feel bigger than you can carry, or if you’re struggling to see beyond what you’re going through right now, please remember: this moment is not your whole story.

You don’t have to have everything figured out tonight. Take it one breath, one moment, one day at a time. Come back to the present. 🤍

And if you feel like you have no one to turn to, God is still with you. You are seen. You are loved. Your life has meaning, even when your mind is telling you otherwise.

Keep going. There is still more life waiting for you. 🕊️

September is Suicide Prevention Month. Check on your people. Be gentle with yourself. And if you’re struggling, please reach out—you don’t have to carry it alone.

“There is no tomorrow.” 🥊❤️

Sometimes, when you’re in the middle of pain, grief, or a season you don’t know how to navigate, you need a friend to remind you to keep going.

Jay & Haskel reflect on Rocky and the power of having people in your corner — the ones who show up, speak life into you, and remind you that you don’t have to face today alone.

Tomorrow isn’t promised. So show up for yourself today.
Feel the pain. Process the grief. Ask for help. Keep fighting.

Don’t give up. Your story is still being written. 🫂❤️
