From fighting cravings… to finally sipping this first cup of coffee ☕ after a WHOLE month!

Week 2 - No Sugar Journey
Two weeks without sugar and we’re already feeling the difference

I recently had the privilege of attending the 49th Annual Meeting of the Indian Society of Human Genetics #ishg and the International Conclave on Neurogenetics at NIMHANS, Bangalore. This prestigious event brought together experts and enthusiasts from around the world to share groundbreaking insights and advancements in #genomics

I had the opportunity to present my research on ‘Genetic Screening in Optimizing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Outcomes in Cases of Male Infertility and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss – A Case Series,’ which was a truly rewarding experience. It was a great opportunity to share our findings, engage in insightful discussions, and receive valuable feedback from experts in the field.

The conference was truly inspiring, featuring thought-provoking talks by eminent speakers in genomics. Beyond the scientific discussions, it was an enriching experience to network, exchange ideas, and collaborate with fellow researchers. A special mention to my dearest @priyadharsh_krishnan and @__keerthana_bm__ for making these three days even more memorable.

A special thank you to @drjanani_sundar mam for being an incredible mentor as always. Your guidance continues to inspire and shape my journey in #genetics
