TERANG Projection Mapping Competition 2026 Judging Session

Our local and international judges came together at Town Hall, George Town to experience all 20 finalist artworks projected live onto the heritage facade.

Beyond the final visuals, the judging process also considers each artist’s concept and ideation, creative process, animation, use of the mapping canvas, sound design, and overall execution.

It has been an exciting and challenging judging session, with so many strong works and different interpretations of this year’s theme, PASAR.

A huge thank you to all our judges for sharing their time, experience, and perspectives, and to every finalist for pushing your ideas and bringing your works to life.

Now, who will take home the awards at TERANG 2026?

Find out tonight at our Closing & Prize Giving Ceremony!
