1. Sessions
1 to 1, online. I share what comes through from your truest self, your Soul and I work on the energy that’s been keeping you stuck. 30 or 60 minutes.

2. Home Energy Reading & Clearing
Your home, read remotely. I clear what’s stuck in it, tuning into the energy of the space, listening to its soul and what it wants you to know and send you a written report of what to do keep the energy flowing in alignment with your intentions for the home.

3. Direct Access
Ongoing, by the week. Text, voice notes and calls, plus a message from me every weekday morning. For a small number of clients.

I’ve taken some time this summer to step back and reset, travel to clients around the world, be with my family, get clear on what is important personally and professionally, and it’s brought a new energy and focus. For years I asked myself, Who do I need to be to be loved?

So I became the good girl. The perfect one. The one who got it all right.

It took me a long time to see that I had abandoned my own truth to gain the approval of others. The love I was searching for came when I let go of the rules and showed up as ALL of me.

Notice where you shape yourself to be loved, gently and without judgement. Then choose to come home to you. 🤍

There’s a bench at Greystones seafront that was my Dad’s favourite spot to watch the sunset when he walked the earth. Now it’s mine too 💛

I sit there when I want to feel close to him. I get quiet, and I ask him to come sit with me, because spirit doesn’t just show up uninvited. You have to open the door. You have to ask.

September has always felt like that kind of month to me. The light changes, the air shifts, and something in us knows it’s time to let go of what we’ve been carrying and make space for what’s coming next. It’s a season of release and of invitation 🙏

So I sit on that bench, I let go of what needs letting go, and I invite in what’s ready to arrive. New energy. New chapters. New conversations with the people who never really left.

This is the kind of work I do in my 1:1 sessions, connecting with spirits and guides, and learning how to ask them in. ✨

Some people just fill a space with a whole load of happy vibes….and this guy is one of those!

Sad saying goodbye to Matthew the baker today @matth3wbuckley @scealbakery as he goes onto new adventures as he was such a kind soul to me and my family and brightened up the early morning coffee heads! 😁
