The quiet part of candle making. ✨

A candle takes around two weeks to cure before it’s ready to be enjoyed.

So it feels fitting that I’m taking a two week pause from LaLuna too. Time to rest, reset and come back refreshed, just as every candle does before it finds its way into your home.

Long, sun-soaked days have a way of making slow evenings feel even sweeter.

When the day finally slows down, light a candle, put your feet up and enjoy the change of pace.

There’s something about that first strike of the match that says it’s time to unwind. ✨🌙

On my mission to find out who you love to the moon & back, I met the lovely Anne in Greystones. ❤️

Anne shared her thoughts on true love and reminded me of something so simple but important, never underestimate the power of a hug.

These beautiful conversations are the inspiration behind my new candle, To the Moon & Back 🌙✨

Now I’d love to know... who do you love to the moon & back? 💫

We are back again this year to celebrate International Yoga Day on the summer solstice, Sunday 21 June with a sunrise yoga practice on South Beach, Greystones, @ 4.50am. Yes, it’s an early start but it’s always worth it… hauling yourself out of bed can be hard but over the last few years we have been rewarded with the most incredible sunrise. And, when there’s so much chaos going on around the world, wouldn’t it be nice to come together as a community, share an experience, and welcome in the light together on the longest day of the year?

SAVE the date, SHARE with your friends and comment SOLSTICE if you’re coming along. Promise you won’t regret it.

Completely free event, only exclusion is expectant mamas. Pls spread the word xx

Such a fun evening of connection at The Self Care session in association with @vip.magazine @stellarmagazine @thekingsleyhotel

Is there anything better than a group of ladies joining together connecting and chatting all things life and self care

Guest speakers included were @triona.ie and her comical one liners
@kerry.hanaphy chatting all things aesthethic @boc_imageconsulting chatting all things fashion and styling from @operalane
@sabrina.hill_ bringing us her hair knowledge and advice
@georgiedurcan chatting all things soul related 💜

The night ended with an incredible sound bath healing (totally my vibe) by @hannahmbowler leaving us all feeling grounded and on another vibration .

We indulged in delicous food and of course cups of teas, coffees and beverages from @thekingsleyhotel

All in all a fabulous evening out .If your looking for a girly evening. Keep an eye out for the next self care sessions. You are sure to leave with a pep in your step after reconnecting with friends and making new connections.
