This one’s for all the girlies waking up today to do their long runs, only to discover they’re bleeding out of their wombs—but still going anyway because women are made of glitter, grit, miracles, magic, and a dash of sarcasm.

Sorry did I say salads… I mean the most delicious pastries…. Like omg tie the pastry bag to my head and I’ll shove them down quicker then you can say bonjour babe.

I was in Paris, what do you expect.

While I was conscious of the food I was eating, I was also not letting myself miss out on gorgeous food from my trips to both Amsterdam and Paris. And you shouldn’t too!

Obviously make sure your eating the veggies, chucking the protein on where you can and keeping the H2O coming in, but it’s so important to also try and be conscious of living in the moment and eating la croissants.

Anyway, happy weekend yal and enjoy my many pictures of top draw scran.

Mad luv yal

You’re aloud to be proud of how far you’ve come even if you’re not where you want to be.

Saturday morning motivation to keep pushing but be proud of your process!

We spend so much time worrying about where we should be or what other people are doing that we forget how hard we’ve worked to get where we currently are.
The you a year ago could only dream of where you are now, so let’s learn to enjoy the journey!

Happy Saturday yal!

Seeing as my trainings been all over the gaff due to my focus being on my show, I got wee Tommy to take me through his leg day session.

Here’s us being a pair of tits and Tommy showing me that if I ever need a body guard when I’m an Oscar winning professional, I will defo be calling him up to fight crime with the obscenely heavy stacks of plates his just lifted.

You sir are one strong 19 year old.

Anyway my hamstrings are on fire so I’m off for a lie down and a serious Friday wine.

If you’re ever feeling stuck on what to do at the gym, just find a gym buddy and follow their lead!

Sometimes it’s that simple, we just over complicate things.

Don’t get me wrong life can get in the way, but keep showing up, keep finding ways to have fun, move, feel good.

Happy Sunday Yal.

Anyone looking for a new way to hit their cardio goals?
Pick up the rope.
Then tell me that anyone who skips is made of something else.

It’s not just fitness and film I get up to.
I’m also an actress.
My first love, my first passion, my first dream.

2026 was the year I got back to acting and if you had said to me I would be doing three plays this year, I would have laughed.

So here I am, play number 3- ‘home, I’m darling’ by Laura wade.
And what a fabulous, passionate, and amazing cast and crew I get to work with.

Experience a modern world with a couple so in love with the 50’s that they decide to live as though they were there.
Marriage, love, jiving, struggle, feminism and laughter.
It’s got it all.
