Yesterday was the most gorgeous collaborative day with these absolute icons. 🤭Context: We’re in the process of building out our website and it never sat right to use stock images. I’m a disabled photographer/ run a marketing agency alongside Confetti Club and I knew we could do better. So I called up @littleoldrhi and was like “🥹 please model for me” and they agreed! Next, I knew we needed Zara Larson inspired make up and sooo @gerrids.art came along and worked ABSOLUTE wizardly - I mean the work speaks for itself 😍We were a small but mighty team and 1000 rhinestones later, we have some epic shots that I can’t wait to share. We're so lucky to have the incredibly talented Geremi So hosting a makeup masterclass at The Outside Project for our Feel Good initiative 🖤This will be a specialized makeup masterclass on Thursday September 25th taught by a @gerrids.art focusing on eyes and brows. Participants are encouraged to bring whatever makeup and brushes they may have but products and tools will be supplied! Additionally all participants will receive a goodie bag with free products to take home!This masterclass is for all genders and beginner friendly! For our Feel Good partnership with @theoutsideproject we are so excited to announce @gerrids.art is hosting a Trans+ Makeup Masterclass!This masterclass will be on Thursday September 25th from 5pm-7pm at The Outside Project and is for all Trans+ individuals. This lesson will be beginner friendly focusing on eyes and brows!We encourage if you have any of your own makeup or brushes to bring them along to learn how to use your own products. Don't have any of your own? That's completely okay!! We will be able to provide any necessary supplies and all participants will receive a complimentary goodie bag with products from @jeccablac, @lush, @maniacc.lon, and @theunseenbeauty.To sign up for Germi's masterclass, the google form link is in our linktree bio! (2/2) 💖 @transwicked 💚… I might be rivalling Boq for Glinda’s no.1 fan, but I am equally in love with the rest of our stunning cast and crew. Speaking of Boq…. I also jumped back into my dressing days last minute as well as MUA-ing & did the gorgina @crayolathequeen quick changes (Madame Morrible➡️Boq➡️Tin Ma’am = *wild* but wouldn’t change a thing) - I might not have been able to move for the past few weeks, but I’ve never been so happy to rattle around backstage at a theatre again🥹 I might seem dramatic, but when you are disabled & your body lets you do things you used to take for granted - nothing beats that feeling. Especially because I did it surrounded by the most talented, hardworking & stunning people who gave everything they had to pull this off… especially THE @tabbytslur (our fabulous narrator Ozma) @theonesecarr (our breath-takingly brilliant + never-before-seen Alphaba) @carrotdrag (producer extraordinaire & doggy parent of our Lion Dunkan 🥹) who are the reason it happened, our devilishly dashing Fiyero @teddyhinde our go(at)geously ethereal dr Dillamond @sambuttery_ & our utterly un-tragic & all-beautiful @cripladywood as Nessarose/The Wizard. As for our Glinda… scroll back to pt.1… @anthony.lexa = 👑🫧💖As for our little creative collaborative backstage team 😭 I couldn’t be happier to have worked alongside fellow incredible MUA’s - @gerrids.art (responsible for our incomparable Alphaba!!💚) @jadesoar & our wildly talented, resourceful, & *kind* costume duo @vivid_hum @styling_gaze - I am so grateful you all took me under those beautiful wings of yours & proud of what we all created as a team. (I love you.) (let’s do this again sometime. Please)The magical @laceyjobenter @bartthiede @eatk1n brought the music to life, and we were so lucky to have the #LondonTransChoir lead by @transvouce with us!! 💖💚 TRANS WICKED?!! 💖💚(1/2) I’m as attached to @wickedmovie @wickeduk as every theatre gay is but - and I might be biased here - @transwicked and every single gorgeous person who worked on it - truly changed us all 💖 For Good. 💚Literally - we raised £2.6k for @londontranspride !!!! 🤩👏😭🏳️‍⚧️I was absolutely honoured to step back into my MUA days to take on the totally-not-intimidating task of beautifying our… 💖🫧G(a)LINDA!!! 🫧💖 but luckily when you cast the most Glinda-looking real-life princess around - I love you deeply Ari, but there’s another 3-lettered queen beginning with A in town - the one and only @anthony.lexa 🥹💖 - it becomes the easiest job in the world… I could have dunked Ant’s face in tarmac and she’d still shine the way only a Glinda can - so swipe for pure Glinda Goodness ✨ but PLEASE scroll for part 2 bc my love for our beaut cast & crew cannot be contained in 1 post and nothing happened on/off stage without them 🥹 I went for a fairly sheer glowy blushy base, pink (obvs) blown out shimmery shadow, with some stunning bubble-adjacent pink/blue shifting glitter from @slayfirecosmetics on the lids and blended it out on the brow bone, and on the cheek. We chose a pink-ish neutral soft lip with more bubbles tapped over the top to tie in the various different beautiful shades of pink our equally beaut styling team @vivid_hum @styling_gaze (more on them in pt 2!) chose for our Pink Princess 💖. I finished off the look with some feathery lashes to add that extra level of glam (because what Glinda is going to find themselves without a decent lash, come on now) & I extended the lower lashline to create the illusion of the false lashes’s ‘shadow’ - as I think Glinda as a devoted student of glamour would be partial to this old Hollywood trick 🌟 with huge thanks to @makeuprevolution for sponsoring us (!!) (Also to the eagle eyed amongst you - yes that is indeed my Glinda cape I wore to do my silly little Glinda bit in last October for @babylonburlesque only now she’s on a proper stage being used by a proper Glinda and honestly the cape and I couldn’t be happier 😭)📸 @jdwmk @chloemichellephoto @jenny_graphic #transwicked by @gerrids.art
