My D1 wide receivers @jpuno_ and @tburnsjr_ I have traveled to work with helped me create what I want a travel intensive to look like for my athletes & set the standard. 🏈

I only get 3-4 days with them each trip, and we need to make the most of it.
We do something each day that can be a combination of hands-on bodywork, mobility, stretching, intentional movement, and field work.

We assess. We adjust. We do what the body & mind need that day.
