Today was all about recovery and preparation for this weekend’s Jamboree in Flagstaff, AZ. 🏈

I’m a huge believer that recovery is just as important as training, and today was a perfect example of that.

A huge THANK YOU to @coachfelix_, @jetsportstraining, @endurance_recovery, and @getrightwithbecky for taking time out of your day to help @noahalday85 with his recovery process. We couldn’t have done it without y’all! 🙏💪

If you’re looking for quality recovery services, don’t hesitate to reach out to these amazing trainers and even better people. They truly care about helping athletes perform at their best.

Train hard. Recover harder. Get ready to compete. 🏈🔥

One of the best days of my life was the day I walked into Pursuit Fitness.

I remember walking into a meeting with @organichoneybadger to see if I’d be a good fit for the gym and this mother fucker turned his computer around to show me what he was making. 😂 He knew it’s what I needed. He could see that I wanted to coach. I just didn’t know if it was possible for me to be successful. He gave me hope and believed in me.

At a time in my life where I almost quit, Kevin and Pursuit saved me. This community saved me.

I didn’t know my why, my value, or what was possible in this world. This gym showed me. Day by day.

After the first week and ZERO clients, I thought for sure I was done for. I was going to hang up my coaching hat and go to school to be a history teacher.

All of the coaches there saw me sitting in that gym for hours, making content, and calling leads. I even walked business to business to find ANY client. I was so desperate. I prayed and I prayed. They assured me that it would come, and boy did it.

Within a month I started filling my books one by one and very quickly had my best financial month EVER. This changed me. This showed me that I could make money doing what I love to do. I could finally be successful in my life.

Months went on and my success continued. At one point I was so booked that I had to refuse clients. What. A. Blessing. My prayers had been answered.

I made friends. I learned from the other coaches. I invested in myself and my education. I THRIVED.

As time went on, @drmariahrohm received an amazing opportunity to take her magic to Arkansas. I could see how much this lit her up and when we took a trip to visit there was no denying. This was our next stop.

Bittersweet doesn’t come close to how I felt and still feel.

I love Pursuit and what I’ve created here in Tucson.

I’ve changed lives.

With that being said, everything I have learned here in Tucson and at Pursuit has led me to this. To Arkansas. @pursuitfitnessaz taught me that I can create this kind of community and experience anywhere I go.

It is now with me, in my heart, and in my soul forever.

Thank you.
From the bottom of my cold Sith heart.

Results don’t happen by accident.

They happen when you’re treated by practitioners who refuse to settle for temporary relief.

We believe your pain deserves answers, your body deserves to be understood, and your treatment should have purpose.

Every session is built around helping you move better, feel better, and get back to living the life you love.

Because getting better should always be the goal.

To show up and be the best bodyworker I can be for my clients on the table, I’m continually working on bettering myself and refining all my work for the table, not just Sarga.

And I can’t always do it all on my own, that’s why it’s so important to have amazing people in my corner that can help me achieve my goals.

Becky is an amazing sports performance recovery specialist and a fellow Sargi, so I knew I could trust her to help me troubleshoot my problems and fix them quickly!

No delay, she was immediately on it just like she is with all of her athletic clients.

I’m beyond grateful for her expertise and now I fully understand just how lucky her clients really are to have her.

I loved getting to experience what her virtual sessions are like and all I can say is, you gotta experience this for yourself! She is definitely helping her people be their best selves ON & OFF the table!

Make sure you’re following her @getrightwithbecky
She will definitely get you right!

Our competitive advantage is that we’re honestly having fun…

…and we do Sarga.

Coincidence? We don’t think so.

@getrightwithbecky is bringing Sarga to the athletes!

Extremely blessed and honored to be part of this camp w/ @realjoseramirez_ & his amazing team. These past 5 months waking up @ 6 am putting in the work has been a grind but all worth it in the end result of victory by TKO in the 4th just like you called it 🔥🔥 thank you God for always guiding me in training with wisdom and attention to detail. Can’t wait to keep working for the next opportunity. STAY TUNED …

✨ Women-Owned Wednesday ✨

This week’s spotlight is on the incredibly talented Becky with Sol Bodyworks 💛

Last week, I had the opportunity to experience one of Becky’s bodywork sessions firsthand, and I was genuinely impressed. Before we even got started, she took the time to listen to my history, understand my current aches and pains, and ask thoughtful questions about what was going on with my body.

What stood out most was that this wasn’t your typical massage. Becky combines sports massage, manual therapy, movement, and recovery techniques to help clients address the root cause of discomfort, not just temporarily mask it.

She used techniques I had never experienced before, and I walked away feeling noticeably better after just one session. As someone who spends long hours at a desk, in the car, networking, and working with clients, I know firsthand how easy it is to ignore the little aches until they become bigger problems.

Becky specializes in helping people move better, recover better, and feel better! Whether you’re an athlete, active adult, weekend warrior, or simply someone whose body could use a little extra care.

✨ This week’s reminder:
Pain isn’t always something you have to “just live with.” Sometimes the right person, the right knowledge, and the right approach can make all the difference.

If your body has been trying to get your attention lately, I highly recommend checking out Becky and the amazing work she’s doing at Sol Bodyworks.

Go show her some love! 💛

S/o @justus.sipe13 for earning top prospect at his latest showcase. Since he’s started he’s put on over 15 lbs 💪🏼
He’s a dawg in the gym and a playmaker on the field.
