John Holmes 50K Trail Race, the oldest FL trail race.

1st Place female. New PR by 16 minutes. Ended up pass, gap and burying the initial lead female at mile 29. That is why I love this sport, when you go out and do your best and run your race there’s no telling what end result you will have. I trusted the training..the easy runs, the speed work, recovery miles, rest days, taper week and fueling rather than comparing my workouts to any one else’s.
