🤔🤔🤔How does it work?
It’s actually simpler than you think.
Bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles are cells that SINK in water because they are dense.
Adipose tissue aka fat cells consist of 80% water which makes them FLOAT!

LEAN MASS - SINKS
FAT - FLOATS

How accurate is this?
Ask @odalisurenafitness when he retested with us just 4 weeks later and he lost just shy of a lb of fat but put on 1/2 lb of muscle.
What does this look like
Scale - 200 lbs
4 weeks later
Scale - 199.6

What does this mean. It means his 4 weeks of hard work did pay off but the scale makes it almost impossible to see!

No matter what your goal is, make sure to celebrate every milestone & enjoy the journey! taken in Bohemia, New York by @gettankedli

I’m down 14 lbs in two months and I use this Hydrostatic Body fat testing as part of the process.

When we lose weight, we lose both Fat and Muscle. It’s important to try and maintain as much muscle as you can when you’re cutting.

Come into Get Tanked and we’ll find out what your bodyfat percentage is, what your maintenance calories are each day, set up a plan for you, whether it be to gain, lose or maintain the same weight and just change your body composition.
