Pics from my posing session this morning before I got on the road. 2 Days out! Still have room to Fill out. Really appreciate all of you that reached out to me with good lucks and well wishes! 🙏🏻 It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed! Hopefully a stress free travel day today to keep cortisol levels low and all the extra carbs fill all the right muscle bellies! 🤞

Well that’s a wrap.

I couldn’t be happier with the package we brought this weekend. This last year or so was a bit of a roller coaster but if I know one thing it’s never get too low on your lows and never get too high on your highs. That’s life. WHATS NEXT?

It wasn’t the outcome we hoped for but major improvements were made , lessons were learned, friends were made and that’s all you can really ask for. I’m blessed I get the opportunity to do this.

None of this would be possible without the major support I have in my corner, thank you to everyone that’s reached out , or supported me through this journey. Special shoutout to @adamreich for being the master mind behind the scenes and @domsupersliced @bestbuiltteam . Super excited to get back to work.

Thank you @maximushealthandfitness for being my home base since I started this.

Thank you @olgasglowtanning for the absolute best tan and color on stage as always.

Now it’s time to be undeniable. I’ll be back.

And you don’t have to be in your 20s or 30s to do it either. I celebrated my 54th birthday in this 6 months of Prep!

Change your Mindset. 6 months is not a long time at all. You simply have to train your mind to make sacrifices!

Almost Start of my season and things seem to be clicking. Finally started posing in my bodybuilding trunks and after the initial body dysmorphia that we all get, my head is in a good place. Current weight is 170lbs fasted. Two weeks of depletion ahead of me. Thanks always to my friends that support, my family ❤️❤️❤️❤️, and God for having a plan for me! 🙏🏻

Haters will say it’s Fake!! 😆. All kidding aside both of us are in contest prep and my brother in iron and posing client Ron is going to kill it at his first show in 10 weeks at the NPC East Coast Championships in Wayne, NJ. I myself am 4 and 6 weeks out of the @anbfnatural nationals and the @mr.america_official . Today is my refeed day but unfortunately I will not fill out and look like my boy Ron! 😆
