First time at Gold’s?👇
We know walking into a new gym can feel a little intimidating — especially if you’re not sure where to go, what to do, or where to even start.

So save this post. Here’s your game plan:

1️⃣ Take the tour
Get familiar with the gym, find the equipment you’ll use most, and see everything that’s available to you. You don’t have to walk in already knowing where everything is.

2️⃣ Get your FREE InBody scan
This gives you a starting point by measuring things like body composition, muscle mass and body fat. Progress looks different for everyone, and having a baseline makes it easier to track yours.

3️⃣ Set a goal + build a plan
Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, build muscle, feel better or simply become more consistent — start with a goal. And if you’re not sure what your workouts should look like, ask for help. Your first personal training session is FREE.

4️⃣ Try a class
Working out doesn’t always have to mean figuring everything out by yourself. Try a group class, follow along with an instructor and maybe even meet a few new gym friends while you’re there.

5️⃣ Use the recovery amenities
Your workout is only part of the process. Take advantage of the recovery options available and give your body some time to recharge after you train.

6️⃣ Stay on track with the Club Life App
Use the app to check in, reserve classes, keep up with your workouts and make your trips to the gym a little easier.

And the biggest thing?

Every person you see in the gym had a starting point. This is yours.

Nobody expects you to know every machine, have the perfect workout routine or feel completely comfortable on your first visit. Come in, take your time, ask questions and start where you are.

And honestly? We get it. A TWO-STORY playhouse, imaginative play, toys, games, and plenty of fun to be had. Our Kids Club is a whole little world of its own!

While you’re getting your workout in, your little ones have a place to play, explore, and have some fun of their own. Because we believe parents deserve a great workout, too.
