No disrespect intended. But if you think your opinion is worth eternal separation from my Father. It's not.

Repent. For the kingdom of Christ is close at hand.

Don’t forget to try out @ggevansga ‘s newest toy on your next leg day! Just ask the front desk if you want to give it a try! ✨

When using the pendulum squat, I noticed myself starting to “bounce” off the safety stopper as my legs became fatigued. This wedge has helped prevent that and made me really focus on controlling each rep, even when my legs are tired! 💪🏼

Today, I tried it out on the hack squat, and I absolutely loved it! You can also use it on the decline leg press.

It has strong magnets to help keep it in place, plus hooks for extra security. In these videos, I’m only using one 10° wedge, but you can add a second one for a total of 20° of heel elevation! 🔥

I wouldn't wish this on anyone bearing the image of God. Hell was never made for us, eternal separation was never intended for us, eternal damnation was never meant for us. It was made for satan and his horde. Not us. Repent. Turn to Christ and accept salvation. Turn to Christ and choose life.

Repent. For the kingdom of Christ is close at hand.

CHEST DAY 💪🏽 | First Place Energy 🏆

From the gym to the stage, the work speaks for itself. 🎯

In this chest day workout, I’m breaking down my training, reflecting on my experience at the 2026 NPC Mid-Atlantic Classic, and sharing what it took to bring my best physique to the stage.

🏆 1st Place — True Novice
🏆 1st Place — Novice
🥈 2nd Place — Open Men’s Physique

And yes… I even squeezed in a Dunkin’ Donuts break during the workout. 😂🫐 If you saw my last Reel, you already know the blueberry muffin mission was serious.

Bodybuilding isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about discipline, consistency, sacrifice, and becoming better every single day.

The show is over. The work isn’t. 😤

What muscle group should I break down next? 👇🏽
