a really special moment for me 🤍�On april 12th I got baptized.

For some time, i felt a tug on my heart to take this step, and i’m thankful i finally did

this was about choosing to grow and be more intentional with my relationship with God, letting go of anything that doesn’t align and making space for what does

still growing, but really grateful for this step in my journey 🤍

2025, you asked me to grow and I did.

This year asked me to juggle, stretch, pause, and trust. Between building my business, navigating my health, and stepping into new professional spaces, I learned that rest is just as important as grind. I learned when to slow down instead of push through.

It wasn’t always easy. There were tears, pauses, and lessons I didn’t ask for, but there was also travel, laughter, family, celebration, and expansion. Proof that God will always remain faithful.

I relearned the power of showing up as myself. Posting myself again, owning my presence, and trusting that visibility creates opportunity. I’ll never forget when I met Imani for the first time and she encouraged me to do so, that little reminder changed everything for me: Thank you for that @imanilobeauty 🤍

To every bride and client who chose me this year: thank you for trusting me with your moments. I don’t take it lightly. You made this year what it was.

2024 watered the seeds. 2025 showed me what can grow.

Friends are like flowers—they bloom in your life, bringing color and joy…

In this season of my life, I’m all about watering my relationships and cherishing my loved ones. I also believe it’s important to give people their flowers while they’re still here! 🤍

I’m lowkey in my hosting era, so I decided to throw a bouquet-making party for my friends and sisters (with a little help from my younger sis, of course!). If you know me, you know I love a good theme, so the decor, food, and outfits all had to be floral-inspired!

I also take pride in supporting female entrepreneurs, so OF COURSE , I had to book Diana @cashmere.petals @diana.themuse to make this bouquet-making party a reality. She really showed up and showed out! If you’re in the DMV area and need bouquets for birthdays, Valentine’s Day, a photoshoot, or even want to host a party like this for your girls, y’all know who to hit up! 🌸
