We had the best time tonight at @lazydogrestaurants

We absolutely had to try #thefiresideexperience

Had the hardest time deciding what I wanted for dinner, so many great options on the #lazydogrestaurant menu! The little s'mores plush you get to keep is so adorable! We ended up picking the Alfredo and it was delicious! The brownie was out of this world! 🔥🍂🍝🍧

We honestly can't wait to go again!!!🧡🤎💚🤎🧡

This is gonna be a long one, buckle up...
Let's talk @topdogfoodandsupply

Let me start by saying I won giveaway and placed an order with my winnings, tried to* this is my 2nd

I placed an order for beef and tripe raw food, and turkey raw food. The website promises next day shipping....I waited 12 days to reach out about my order. The run around i got was fucking insane. First the order was not appropriate for my dog then it was somehow out of stock, two totally different reasons. Was on the phone with one of the owners for awhile asking questions and trying to find a solution to my issue. The entire time I felt like I was being talked down to and judged because I don't just feed my dog raw. This was supposed to be an opportunity to do that and try to see if he likes it. What a fucking nightmare. During that call I got told my choices of beef and tripe wasn't a good option for my dog and to try pork and something else instead. Not once in the conversation was it mentioned that that would change the price of the order. Keep in mind it had already been placed, weeks ago. I was also told pork is the best option for my dog, which no, it is not. It's not even suggested to give dogs raw pork due to high sodium levels, not a good fit for us anyway and I mentioned that only to be talked to like I'm an idiot. I was never asked if I wanted to change to Pork it was just done without my approval and I was charged for it.

Customer service- instead of getting what I ordered they went ahead and changed the entire order. I was not ASKED if I wanted any of these things I was just TOLD. Got an email for an order i did not want! Called and tried to have it sorted out and resolved and it was..... for 6 minutes! I missed a call that they just canceled the order entirely and wanted to start over. That would have been fine, however, when I went to my account. I got charged for the original order AND the order they made up and canceled. It was over $400!!! They took a few days to refund my giftcard and shipping cost which I found strange since they had no problem Canceling the order.
We tried again and idk what this is but it isn't what we ordered...

Getting into the season with the cutest door sign from @elyssaportraitcreations 🍁🧡✨️🎃🍂

Let's just take a moment for the hand painted work and qualityyy!!! I can't get over how adorable this is! She took the extra time to make sure it was perfect and included extra details like Ghibli's freckles. The extra pumpkins she added are so perfect for the season too! I genuinely couldn't love this more!!!🧡🧡🧡

Did you get your mystery bag today!? 💚🩵💚🩵

You can get a Small or Large mystery bag from @twobostonsboutique today! You know Ghibli had to get his paws on the berner size mystery bag, the Large!🤣🖤🧡🤍 what a great way to celebrate neighborhood pet store day! Thank you so much #twobostonsboutique

As always Ghibli was so spoiled. Lots of pets, treats, compliments and even more pets! After getting the large mystery bag it was so much fun getting to pick a giftcard too! Obviously it was up to Ghibli to pick a card and he did great!
I'm pretty sure Ghibli is super happy with his bag of goodies! So many things to share with friends too!💚🩵🎉🩵💚

@twobostonsboutique put together the most amazing pet wellness fair today at their St. Charles location! They had tons of vendors there with loads of fun activities and free samples. Our first wellness fair was a huge success and can’t wait to be apart of this event in the future.

We loved @mywoof and @thefarmersdog booths!
