This is gonna be a long one, buckle up...
Let's talk @topdogfoodandsupply

Let me start by saying I won giveaway and placed an order with my winnings, tried to* this is my 2nd

I placed an order for beef and tripe raw food, and turkey raw food. The website promises next day shipping....I waited 12 days to reach out about my order. The run around i got was fucking insane. First the order was not appropriate for my dog then it was somehow out of stock, two totally different reasons. Was on the phone with one of the owners for awhile asking questions and trying to find a solution to my issue. The entire time I felt like I was being talked down to and judged because I don't just feed my dog raw. This was supposed to be an opportunity to do that and try to see if he likes it. What a fucking nightmare. During that call I got told my choices of beef and tripe wasn't a good option for my dog and to try pork and something else instead. Not once in the conversation was it mentioned that that would change the price of the order. Keep in mind it had already been placed, weeks ago. I was also told pork is the best option for my dog, which no, it is not. It's not even suggested to give dogs raw pork due to high sodium levels, not a good fit for us anyway and I mentioned that only to be talked to like I'm an idiot. I was never asked if I wanted to change to Pork it was just done without my approval and I was charged for it.

Customer service- instead of getting what I ordered they went ahead and changed the entire order. I was not ASKED if I wanted any of these things I was just TOLD. Got an email for an order i did not want! Called and tried to have it sorted out and resolved and it was..... for 6 minutes! I missed a call that they just canceled the order entirely and wanted to start over. That would have been fine, however, when I went to my account. I got charged for the original order AND the order they made up and canceled. It was over $400!!! They took a few days to refund my giftcard and shipping cost which I found strange since they had no problem Canceling the order.
We tried again and idk what this is but it isn't what we ordered...

@twobostonsboutique put together the most amazing pet wellness fair today at their St. Charles location! They had tons of vendors there with loads of fun activities and free samples. Our first wellness fair was a huge success and can’t wait to be apart of this event in the future.

We loved @mywoof and @thefarmersdog booths!

🍂🐾 MEET OUR FALL + WINTER AMBASSADOR TEAM! 🐾❄️

I am SO excited to officially welcome 13 amazing ambassadors to the Elyssa Portrait Creations family! 🤎

Over the next few months, you’ll be seeing lots of adorable pets, custom hand-painted goodies, new releases, exclusive sneak peeks, and of course… plenty of pet-parent obsession. 🥹🐶🎨

Some of these sweet faces are returning to our ambassador family, while others are joining us for the very first time — and I seriously cannot wait to paint their pets and watch them represent my little business this fall & winter! 🍁✨

Having people who genuinely love my artwork, support my small business, share my posts, and get just as excited about pet portraits as I do means more than I can say. 🤎

Please help me give our 13 new Fall + Winter Ambassadors the BIGGEST welcome!! 🥳🐾

Here’s to a season full of pets, paintings, cozy vibes & lots of fun surprises! 🎨🍂❄️

Had to stop at our @twobostonsboutique for their summer luau pawty! Ghibli got to try goat milk pupcup at the snack shack and obviously LOVED it! He even got to try a few other new treats too! Of course, we had to do some shopping while we were there and got Ghibli a cooling collar from @chesapeake_baydog to help with all this summer heat!💚🌴🌊🛍😁

It’s Terrific Treats Tuesday! And this one is exciting! I won @ghiblibmd ‘s birthday giveaway and hit the jackpot with an amazing box of goodies from @mikaandsammys !!!

Just look at my haul:
😋 Philly Beef Cheesesteak Jerky Treats
😋 Several Bully Sticks
😋 TWO Smoked Beef Marrow Bones (yes, TWO… I checked several times just to be sure)

The best part? @mikaandsammys is family-owned and operated, and all of their treats are:

🐾 No Additives or Preservatives

Happy Birthday and a huge thank you to @ghiblibmd for the awesome giveaway! And to @mikaandsammys for sponsoring. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have some very important taste testing to do!
