Something absolutely magical happened to me last night and I’m still in shock 🙊. When @jayshetty asks you to come on stage and be vulnerable in front of nearly 3,000 people, lol you just do it! I shared how I struggle with an outrageous amount of negative self talk BUT lately, there’s been a small (yet powerful voice) getting louder in my head telling me to be BRAVE. Thank you so much @jayshetty for being such a light and inspiration. Thank you To EVERY SINGLE person who approached me at the show and for sharing your testimonies, words of wisdom, and encouragement. Two years ago, I married my best friend. 💍❤️

Today, I’m reflecting on two beautiful gifts: love and freedom.

Marriage has taught me that the strongest bonds are built through faith, commitment, sacrifice, and choosing each other EVERY SINGLE DAY. And Juneteenth reminds us of the resilience, courage, and hope of those who paved the way for future generations to experience this freedom.

Emilio and I constantly talk about how overwhelmed with gratitude we are to have such an incredible village. To the best wedding party we could have ever asked for, our closest friends, and all our loved ones who traveled near and far to celebrate with us, Thank You for making that day so magical. The memories, laughter, prayers, and love you poured into us are gifts we will cherish forever 💐🙏🏽

Most of all, we thank God for His faithfulness over these last two years. He has been and will forever be our true foundation 🙏🏽

Team Training with the US Army, 1st Medical Recruiting Battalion

Huge shoutout to our member @gi_tracy and the incredible team from @us_army_1mrbn
for bringing the energy and teamwork to last weeks team-building workout!

There’s something powerful about stepping outside your comfort zone together — embracing the hard things, pushing through the workout beside one another, and still finding moments to laugh and have fun along the way. That’s where real camaraderie is built.

Thank you all for trusting us with your training and for showing what leadership, resilience, and teamwork look like in action. You attacked every challenge head-on and reminded everyone in the gym that growth happens when people are willing to lean into discomfort together.

We’re grateful to have hosted such a motivated and mission-driven group. Come back anytime — the door is always open for the Gladiators!

✨Gratitude Post ✨ A few weeks back I was officially promoted to the rank of MAJ!! I’ve reflected over the past few weeks and all I can say is God Is A Great God!! Here’s a little exert from my speech that I know I will keep with me in road ahead: I was first introduced to A Message to Garcia as a young lieutenant—and its lesson never left me: deliver the message. No hesitation. No perfect conditions. Just trust, discipline, and initiative.

Over time, I’ve realized it’s not about the message—it’s about the kind of leader you choose to be.

God has brought me full circle in ways I couldn’t have planned—through seasons that stretched me, refined me, and reminded me that purpose isn’t accidental. It’s assigned.

My favorite scripture remains: “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8

So as I step into this next chapter of my career, I remain grounded in faith and committed to a few things:
To be faithful in what I’ve been given.
To take care of people.
And to deliver—no matter the mission.

Because, if entrusted with a message, I will carry it.
And If entrusted with people, I will lead them well. The journey continues Yal 🫡🥹🙏🏽🙌🏽💜

Screaming Happy Anniversary 👩🏽‍❤️‍👨🏽 to my HONEY!!! 2 years Married and I can’t thank God enough for allowing our love to grow deeper, steadier, and become even more sacred sense we chose to have him at the center of it.

To our coaches, your dedication, commitment, cues and coaching have elevated each of our athletes this past year. The amount of passion you put into warmups, the connection you make with each athlete all while managing class makes it look effortless. We are grateful for your passion and friendship.

To our community, thank you for showing up day after day, month after month. If you never made that first step and the subsequent steps each and everyday you wouldn’t be where you’re at. We recognize your grit, and your ‘just do it’ attitude which shapes the entire community. We are a gym who has never shyed away from doing the hard thing. In 2026, we expect to uphold that reputation.

Commanding with gratitude 💜

Last Friday, I had the honor of assuming command of the Military District Of Washington, Medical Recruiting Company, 1st Medical Recruiting Battalion. I’m deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and for this incredible team that WINs and make this mission possible.

This moment represents far more than power or prestige—it’s a testament to how God has kept me and helped me to persevere to this very moment. I am humbled and truly honored he saw fit for me to lead in this way.

I am beyond grateful to everyone who came out to support. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. They mean the world to me! I’m excited for what’s ahead! Gladiator 6, Signed On 🫡
