OCEANMAN UAE - Dubai - 10Km Open Water Swim
12 November 2023

Challenging yourself to do something in a way that brings you out of your comfort zone is so rewarding.
It is always win a win situation for yourself and to your health and lifestyles…

The only regret I have in life is the one I did not try… So keep moving and challenge your own limit.

To God be the Glory, He is my strength.

To all the supports I thank you all sa pag hintay sa akin kahit mainit means a lot to me 😍. Mabuhay!

ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon

Having severe flu from 3 days and can't sleep the night before race was just a perfect combo to blow all your hard days of training.
But thanks God for providing strength and perseverance to keep this race going smooth until the finish line.
One thing that is important in any long-distance race is to train and have both Stamina and Endurance.

To all supports along the way, thank you very much. I appreciate all your efforts and love.

And to my Dear Maria Lourdes, congratulations to you kahit nadamay ka at hindi din nakatulog but you manage to beat your previous marathon PB so proud of you lakas. Love you.

God is my Strength.

Century Tuna Ironman Philippines
June 11, 2023

This was my first full-distance Ironman 140.6 miles at Subic Bay, Philippines.

🏊‍♂️ Swim 3.86 km
🚴‍♂️ Bike 180.22 km
🏃‍♂️ Run 42.2 km

There will always be people who doubt what you can achieve. But never, ever doubt yourself and the potential you have to accomplish the impossible. MAGING IRONMAN SA SARILING BAYAN 🇵🇭

The Subic Ironman is truly one of a kind, but that’s the essence of Ironman – discovering the limits of what you can do.

A humble salute to all the participants of both the 70.3 and 140.6 who made it to the finish line – You are all Ironmen and Ironwomen.

A special mention to my partner, my love, Lou. Without you, this race would not have been possible. You’ve been absolutely amazing – from the training sessions to pushing me beyond my limits. As far as I can see, you could be an Ironman yourself! 😁 Your unwavering support, love, and care were with me every step of the way, from the beginning until the race was over. I love you, Dai ❤

To the energetic supporters – Lovely Shy, Kish Zhel, Ronelo Coma Hayahay, Nell N Karell Suerte, Leiyah Mendoza Magay, Pv Anne, and to all my family and friends who traveled so far to support me and cook nutritious meals for us, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

To my coaches, thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise in swimming, biking, and running: Enrico Kiicz, Kizu Juan Paulo, and Alexander Bautista. And to my FRU family, Mabuhay!

To all aspiring triathletes – dream big, believe in yourself, and train smart and right. Remember, age is just a number. IM Possible.

TRES HIJOS, we did it – Nell San Suerte, Gary Turno.

To GOD be the glory.
He ia my strength.
