The 6.2KM main event was dedicated to Sir Ed Sarmiento, as we celebrated his birthday and honored his excellence, passion, and commitment to the sport. 🎂🏊‍♂️

A very special congratulations to Vienna Mae on completing her first-ever 6.2KM open-water swim! 🎉👏 What an incredible milestone and an amazing achievement!

A heartfelt appreciation to Coach Alih Alih and Adimar Dhiems Assi for their guidance, support, and dedication in making this 6.2KM challenge possible. Your encouragement and commitment made this milestone even more meaningful. 🙌💙

And to everyone who joined, organized, supported, and stayed with us until the very end — thank you. Your presence, encouragement, and team spirit made this event truly special.

Different distances. One team. One unforgettable morning in the open water. 🌊💙

3F STRIDERS AT IRONMAN 70.3 LAPU-LAPU CEBU 🇵🇭

On August 9, 2026, Bilal, @giedess , and @dhai_lou took on one of the toughest endurance challenges in the Philippines — IRONMAN 70.3 Lapu-Lapu Cebu.

The race brought challenging conditions, especially in the swim, with strong currents and choppy waters testing athletes from the very beginning. But as every triathlete knows, sometimes the greatest victory is simply having the courage to show up and face whatever the course throws at you.

Bilal, Ed, and Lou, represented 3F Striders with courage, determination, and heart. Whether the day went exactly as planned or brought unexpected challenges, the training, sacrifice, and bravery it took to stand on that start line are already something to be proud of.

Every race teaches us something. Every difficult day makes us stronger. And every challenge becomes part of the journey.

Keep moving forward. Keep believing. The next finish line is waiting.

March wasn’t easy. The world felt heavy from war to political chaos; but we kept moving.
.
From the streets of the Tokyo Marathon, to the relentless trails of Ulo ng Apo Ultramarathon, to pushing limits at the Sharjah Duathlon; We showed up!
.
We laced up (yes, even with that Superblast ASICS craze 👟) and chose to run forward, together.
.
Because even in tough times, we ignite the fire in one another.

We rise. We move. We thrive.
