What a year it’s been. Such gratitude for all of the amazing clients that have come through the @gilates_pilates doors this year. I’ll be taking a little break over the holiday period but look forward to seeing you in 2025. Happy holidays everyone 💙 by @gilates_pilates

Always finding ways to challenge stability with the Pilates ball to make glute work more fun!

Wearing @stylerunner flowing on @form.organica and using @bala.au ball ❤️

Slowing it down for some short box core and balance work feels so good. After a big few weeks I have been craving slow, nourishing movements and remembering workouts can also be there to energize vs wearing you out. Wearing @livetheprocess 🩵

SCULPTING STANDING LEG SERIES

- 90/90 lunge
- 90/90 - curtsy - 90/90 - arabesque
- Hold arabesque lift and lower leg
- Hold arabesque and sweep arms back and forth
- Pulse to finish

Keep it slow and controlled, this is sped but 1.5x. Using @bala.au balance block under my supporting for an extra stability challenge and extra spice.

Give it a go 💙

New month new schedule. Bookings now available via link in bio 🩵 by @gilates_pilates

Back in the studio after a little break. Love combining the benefits of Pilates and heavy weight lifting with my @bala.au beam, to sculpt and define the glutes and hamstrings 🍑. Working on a blue spring but could always use a yellow for an extra challenge. Sped up x 2 💙

All about the booty today in class. Working with time under tension, heavy and light weights with a little bit of HIIT sprinkled in for an ultimate Saturday workout. Thank you @danielaceve and @stefaniascameron for being such great sports 💙 she was not kind today
