What a beautiful day recently with @triona.ie @heidimaesheridan @rosalindlipsett @natasha.rocca.devine for the stunning @paulcostelloeofficial show at London Fashion Week.

The collection was simply exquisite and a huge testament to the talent of the late Paul, to William, and the entire team.

A delight too to see so many familiar Irish faces in London; this show meant a lot to everyone.

Thank you endlessly to @natasha.rocca.devine for always supporting me, championing my endeavours… and for extending the invite to me for London Fashion Week.

A miserable Friday in January made a lot more palatable via a cosy evening in with @rosanna_davison.

I was too partied out to celebrate at her Christmas gathering last month - so this was my first time seeing her stunning home following the renovations she so expectedly oversaw. Adopt me please, Rosie and Wes!

Her and I shared an Indian from @daata_restaurants, drank 7UP Free and San Pellegrino, and laughed alongside the iconic @katiejanegoldin @dawnfitzgeraldatelierdfa and @hayleyrockss. Absolute idyllic and I’m so lucky to have such wonderful friends.

Thank you so much to @natasha.rocca.devine for throwing me the most wonderful birthday celebration - we had such a beautiful time and Natasha always is kind, considerate, and generous in her heart, mind, and spirit.

We lived blissfully together almost 20 years ago and embraced our college days in UCD in unison.

A wonderful opportunity to mark friendship, memories, and the future.

Celebrating my 40s (round 2!).

I had a wonderful Saturday afternoon with beloved friends celebrating another year.

Endlessly grateful to everyone who marked the occasion alongside me.

I fully look like I have no arms in this @galwaybayfm interview (albeit alongside the wonderful @rosanna_davison and @sileseoige) from the 2019 @galwayraces_official Ladies’ Day.

And this is just one reason why it’s crucial to watch/listen back on TV, radio, podcasts etc you feature in. NOBODY likes doing it (because it’s usually a bit cringe) but you learn lots by doing so; it’s how I toned my on-screen presence. Lashings of wince but plenty of learnings too.

As an aside, Rosanna, Síle, and I chose a wholly worthy winner in @pamela.ashley.uba that year - she stood out from the get-go.

If you currently are, or aspire to be, in the public eye on any capacity… DM for practical, impactful, and relevant media-training.

Amazing evening and celebrations on Friday at the VIP Style Awards 2025.

Such an honour to be invited to attend alongside my beautiful, gorgeous friend @rosanna_davison - and it was a delight to catch up with her amidst the energy of the event.

Huge congratulations to the @vip.magazine team who evidently put so much time, effort, and talent into creating a stand-out event.

The winners on the night were inspiring and it was fantastic to hear their success stories.

It was the annual neighbourhood clean-up today and I surprised myself by getting REALLY 👏🏼INTO 👏🏼IT 👏🏼(tbh next year I’d like to introduce more strategic strands but happy with the outcome).

I was so ambivalent about the neighbourhood tidy-up in advance (was trying to skip) but oh wow did I lean in (I’d give myself a podium finish).

Lanes look great too.
