Life lately… 🤍

I’m away with my family for a few days & have been a little quieter than usual recently, and I just wanted to say I’m sorry if I haven’t replied to messages or been as present online. I had to have some medical tests which I wasn’t going to share but want to be honest…

It’s been one of those seasons where life has been full of incredible highs, alongside some really difficult lows, and I needed to be present for the people and moments that mattered most.

These photos capture a little of what life has looked like lately, along with Freya’s birthday…

✨ Extending my holiday @princesayaiza to spend more time with family in Lanzarote & Spain in the World Cup. The WC reminds me of my dad & some memories are worth changing plans for. 🇪🇸 ⚽️🏆

🙏 Medical tests after collapsing with pain & not sleeping due to endometriosis, leading to scans, ultrasounds and a reminder to slow down.

🤍 Taking some final things from my grandparents house and closing a chapter that has been incredibly emotional.

🏙️ Working on some exciting projects in London…

💛 All the amazing events, awards, projects and women & friends in my life…

🏡 Watching our garden (and home!) finally start to come together after months of renovations.

✨ As a creative business owner who works in construction & media, I’m so grateful for each project, opportunity and events. As a mother, with family, travel (and ADHD), things are so exciting but when combined it’s 24/7 & can get overwhelming when it all happens at once… so sometimes saying no is the best advice - for all women & creatives in business. 🤍

Despite everything, I’m so grateful that things are looking much brighter now, and I can’t wait to share some of the exciting projects I’ve been working on behind the scenes.

If this season has reminded me of anything, it’s that you never really know what someone is carrying behind the scenes. So always choose kindness & keep your family & friends close ❤️.

Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

I just want to give a huge shout-out to my family & all the gorgeous & talented ladies I know in Ireland — you’re each people I adore, including everyone I’ve met and worked with from college to recent months. Also including anyone not featured & in London or abroad🥰.

As I’m based on building sites, designing & sourcing, I am grateful to enjoy shoots, events, parties, and collaborations together - these moments have created some of my happiest memories & friendships.

It’s been such a magical year since last IWD, and I’m so excited for the year ahead together. Thank you to all the incredible women who inspire, support, and uplift myself & each other every day.

As a mother of a beautiful little girl I wish women & girls around the world peace, safety, education, love, and light. 🙏Here’s to strong women everywhere & thanks to David & all the men who support us as we all rise together! 😉💖 Natasha 💫

London Fashion Week 📸✨

Growing up with my mom modeling on shoots and stage, along with own work on camera I have always had such passion for live shows and fashion. So, it was a pleasure attending @londonfashionweek for the opening show by William Costelloe in honour of his late father, @paulcostelloeofficial. It was an absolutely stunning show — beautifully presented, emotional, and truly memorable.

Behind the scenes, it was wonderful to work with @junekelly18, founder @makeupjunkiesinternational , HMU agents. I have had the best experience working with June & her business partner @aoifers2 and their teams in the UK and Ireland on various shoots and filming.

For LFW, June worked on my hair and makeup and also magically completed all my wonderful friends who joined too. 🪄 It was absolutely a magical day from start to finish and June made it even more special. ✨

What a day

It was sooo special to see @williamcostelloe honor his father’s legacy 👨‍⚖️
In homage to Paul & the past I wore a 1992 design from my mum’s wardrobe, once spotted on Princess Diana. 👑
My mum, who’s nearly 5’11”, always said Paul designed for tall women, which I shared with Jessica, his daughter, who’s also almost 6 feet tall when she admired said jacket-a lovely moment!💖
I teamed it with some camel toes 🤭an @anxiouspreoccupied_
@onedamelane jewellery @agolde jeans, @studioamelia_ shoes from @costumedublin & mahjor @spanx !!!
The best fun of course was had with the girls in our Glam Suite upstairs @waldorfhilton superbly organised by the brilliant @natasha.rocca.devine

@makeupjunkiesinternational -somehow whipped us into shape in record time when really @heidimaesheridan wanted to twirl in the swivel chair,

I was honoured to wear Paul Costelloe @curated_dc 👗 collection and attend with some of my closest friends.

The show by William Costelloe honouring his late father Paul, was a masterclass in craftsmanship, tailoring, and timeless elegance. This season carried such strength — structured silhouettes, rich textures, and that signature heritage influence that always feels both classic and contemporary.

A special mention to William, continuing his father’s legacy with confidence and creativity. It’s inspiring to see the next generation honouring tradition while bringing fresh perspective and energy to the runway. He did an incredible job.

A deeply emotional show today @paulcostelloeofficial seeing Paul Costelloe’s son @williamcostelloe carry his father’s vision forward with such grace.

Beyond the beautiful designs and impeccable tailoring, there was a powerful sense of legacy in the room. Paul would have been so proud today @jessicacostelloe @williamcostelloe @justincostelloe and family.

What a weekend!!! Galentine’s 💖 @dion.restaurant.dublin, straight into a divorce party 🖤 @gloriaosteria.dublin, and wrapped up with a Valentine’s date ❤️ with the husband @weareelephantandcastle.
