at the beginning of the year, i was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis. since then, my life has been nothing like i thought it would be at 17. ive had to step away from things i loved to do, take risks, and push myself to do things i didnt think i could. with having an illness that isnt common, its hard to find relief talking to someone who understands. i was able to spend a week at camp hope. this camp had 110 kids from over 30 states that have pancreatitis. i made lifelong friendships with people that deal with the same thing i do. im so grateful for everyone at this camp but im especially grateful for rebeccas wish for making all this possible.💜🤞🏻 #labordafan #camphope #chronicpancreatitis #rebeccaswish #bondingexperience taken in San Antonio, Texas by @gillianredman07
