From Diaper Genie to Litter Genie … because apparently, my life’s work is just sealing biological hazards into plastic tubes. BUT I am no longer walking tiny, bagged landmines out to the trash bin every single day. Scoop, drop, pull the lever, forget it exists for a week (because you can't smell it)!

Nine years ago today, a routine annual wellness exam saved my life.

It was during that ordinary, run-of-the-mill checkup that my doctor found a nodule on my thyroid. That discovery led to a thyroid cancer diagnosis—a moment that completely shifted my perspective in an instant.

Feeling extremely grateful to be a part of such an amazing community of fierce individuals, and for having the opportunity to travel to Indianapolis for a bout against @naptownrollerderby. Roller derby has not only taught me that it is never too late to try something new, but it has also helped me unlock strength and confidence I never knew I had. Cherishing this weekend's memories and looking forward to the upcoming season 💛🖤

👏🏼 millennials - can we take a moment to appreciate how far things have come since our puberty days 👏🏼

Y'all know I'm a mom to a 13 year old and I am so excited to see that for this generation of girls, a period is no longer a "secret" to be embarrassed by and the conversations are more open.

Like, hello helpful guide from the Tampax Starter Kit! I would've killed for this as a teen. And the wrappers are SO SILENT compared to our days.

To my fellow parents and caregivers who haven't hit this milestone yet ... don't dread it! Our girls are so much more empowered than we were.
