It’s time to leave some habits behind. Like the trees, shed so you can rest. 🍂

Stop over explaining, diluting your worth, saying yes/ sure/ no problem- when you don’t mean it! Throw away the items you kept “just in case”. Delete/ block/ unfollow the doom. Be done.
