What if the most meaningful thing you do this season is simply gather? 🍂

In a season that invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reflect on what truly nourishes us, we’re creating space to do just that. See below for our special 1 day retreat discount!

The Great Harvest is an evening dedicated to the sacred art of gathering. Through a grounding, somatic yoga practice, we’ll slow down, tune into the subtle body, and gently release the tension we’ve been carrying — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Then, we’ll come together around the table to share a thoughtfully prepared harvest dinner by local chef Allison Anastasio, celebrating the flavors and abundance of the season.

Nourishment isn’t just what we eat. It’s how we move, how we connect, and the moments we make to be fully present with one another.

One evening. A shared table. Space to simply be.

An invitation to harvest what has grown within us, savor what nourishes us + share in the abundance of community.

Join us November 12 for the first ever, Great Harvest: one day retreat —an evening at Cobblestone Farm created around the beauty of the season, the nourishment of community, and the simple joy of gathering together.

Wander through a thoughtfully curated artisan market featuring local makers + goods to gather, savor + take home.

Then we’ll embark on embodied, somatic yoga practice rooted in Chinese medicine + curated for the Autumn season with Aubrey + Art—an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and make space for what the season has to offer.

We’ll close around the table with a seasonal harvest dinner crafted by local chef Allison Anastasio, celebrating the abundant flavors of the season + the power of sharing a meal together.

Yoga. Local makers. Seasonal food. A shared table. Good people.
