Because rules & skills without a transformed heart posture is just performance - teaching Girl Code was more than rules but a challenge to change hearts and perspectives on what it means to truly love your neighbor 💕 by @girlcodegirls

Today, we’re giving Chanel Jack, Founder of Girl Code Girls, her flowers for having our girls’ backs. 💐

During their Girl Code session, Chanel helped our girls think intentionally about the friendships and community they want around them. Together, they identified the qualities they value in healthy relationships and created their own “Girl Code” rules and standards to guide how they show up for themselves and one another.

Because sometimes having a girl’s back means helping her recognize who should be in her corner—and what she deserves from the people around her. 💜

Thank you, Chanel and Girl Code Girls, for creating a space for our girls to talk, reflect, and define their standards.

That’s exactly what “She’s Got My Back” is all about.

Join us on October 24 as we celebrate the women and community who continue to show up for one another.

This is why Girl Code Girls exists. 💕✨

Three years ago, Kaela participated in Girl Code Girls and shared with our team that she wanted to be a model. During her time with us, we had the opportunity to pour into that dream, encourage her confidence and remind her of what was possible.

Fast forward three years, and Kaela is now a college student and walking during New York Fashion Week. 🗽✨

Our mission has always been to equip girls with the confidence, leadership skills and support they need to recognize their potential and use their influence to create the future they see for themselves.

We may not always get to witness every step after a girl leaves our program, but moments like this remind us why pouring into girls matters.

When girls are encouraged to see themselves as leaders early, there is no limit to the rooms they can grow to influence.

We’re proud of you, Kaela. Keep going!!! 💗

This summer looks a little different for Girl Code Girls. 💗

For the first time in years, we won’t be hosting our traditional Girl Code Summer Program after losing our grant funding. While that was difficult news, we’re grateful that this isn’t the end of the story.

In partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital, we’re excited to offer a FREE 4-day Girl Code Workshop for girls! We’ll still be creating a safe space for young women to build confidence, strengthen healthy relationships, and learn conflict resolution skills.

✨ Registration is now open at girlcodegirls.org

If Girl Code Girls has ever impacted you, your family, or your community, would you consider making a donation? Your support helps us continue providing life-changing programs for girls and keeps our mission moving forward, even in seasons like this.

Every registration, every share, and every donation makes a difference. Thank you for believing in the next generation with us. 💕 taken in Columbus, Ohio by @girlcodegirls
