Round 2 with @sealanescw for our NIPPY NOVEMBER DIP! 🧊 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🩱

We couldn't end the year without returning to one of our new fave swimmy spots. Obviously the water will be much chillier but that's what we bloody LOVE ✨

- 7th November, 10am 📍
- 2 private lanes 🏊🏼‍♀️
- Breathwork warm-up 🧘🏻‍♀️
- @fix8onthis are supplying us with some yummy drinks which we're excited for 🫧
- More goodies from GD ✨

We'll head to the igloos and get cosy over a chit chat during post-dip coffees and brunch 🤗 ☕️

Tickets go on sale Monday 19th Oct, 6pm on @findyourcliq (link in bio)

WE ARE BUZZING FOR THIS ONE. 🔥

P.s for any newcomers or for those who aren't regular cold swimmers, we will take the time to have a safety briefing before the dip and we will have a team from Girly Dips + Sea Lanes looking out for you. Your safety and wellbeing is our number 1 consideration 💜

WHO ELSE IS BUZZING FOR COLDER SWIMS? ✨

Don't get us wrong gals, we bloody love a summer dip but we really come into our own during the colder months 🤭🧊 that post-cold dip glow, there's no better feeling 💫 🧠

If you're thinking about trying something new, you just want to have a go at something you've wanted to do for a while but been too scared to do alone OR you're a swimmer looking for a social group to dip with during the colder season...then you're in the right place 💦 👯‍♀️

Whether you’re a regular or a first timer, there’s always room for you 🤗

LFG! 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🥶 🍂 💜

A smaller but oh sooooo sweet group this morning for our first October feel Good Friday dip! 💦 ☕️

The weather is turning and that means one thing and one thing only: COLDER DIPS 🧊 but don't worry gals, now is the perfect time to come and swim with us 🤗

- a safe space for dippers and swimmers ✅
- encouraging and welcoming community ✅
- come alone or with a pal, try something new ✅
- holds you accountable during the colder mornings ✅

Huge shoutout to @lily_rose3 & @madeleinelunskey for hosting 👯‍♀️

We've been taking a little break as life has been busy but we're almost back in action and we cannot wait 👀 get ready for a winter full of freeeezing dips & fun of course 😋😋😋😋

A little pinch me moment 🥹✨

I’ve been named one of @londontheinside 50 Heroes for 2026 as part of their ‘Year of the Woman’ campaign, celebrating women making London a better place.

Starting @girlydips was about bringing women together for a dip, a chat and to form connections.

To be recognised for that, alongside such incredible women, feels very special.

Thank you to every person who’s turned up, come along on their own, brought a friend or made someone else feel welcome. You’re what makes Girly Dips what it is 💜

And thank you @londontheinside for including me. Feeling very proud of this one! 🥹 by @girlydips
