2027 is the year of 💦 Swimmy Lowri 2.0 💦

Ever since getting injured and not being able to swim as much, life has been SAD. I've genuinely felt like such a big part of me is missing 🥹

But I'm hoping all that is about to change as I've decided to ease myself back in & find my love for the water again!!! ✨

Excited to share that I've said a big fat YES to becoming a @catch.swim ambassador 🏊🏼‍♀️ and I'm really looking forward to using the app to find a new swim routine that works for me & my neck issues!! To help me stay accountable, where I can track progress too!! And last but not least, to get me back to a place where I enjoy swim training again 🙏🚀💥

If you're also keen to find your love for swimming again or you're only just getting started, I'd urge you to download Catch because it's bloody brilliant!!!!

To try out a free trial of Catch Gold & then get £5 off your first 3 months, use code: GIRLYDIPS

Can I start using #swimspiration in all my posts again now?! 👀

V exciting new chapter about to begin 🩱🤗

WHO ELSE IS BUZZING FOR COLDER SWIMS? ✨

Don't get us wrong gals, we bloody love a summer dip but we really come into our own during the colder months 🤭🧊 that post-cold dip glow, there's no better feeling 💫 🧠

If you're thinking about trying something new, you just want to have a go at something you've wanted to do for a while but been too scared to do alone OR you're a swimmer looking for a social group to dip with during the colder season...then you're in the right place 💦 👯‍♀️

Whether you’re a regular or a first timer, there’s always room for you 🤗

LFG! 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🥶 🍂 💜

A little pinch me moment 🥹✨

I’ve been named one of @londontheinside 50 Heroes for 2026 as part of their ‘Year of the Woman’ campaign, celebrating women making London a better place.

Starting @girlydips was about bringing women together for a dip, a chat and to form connections.

To be recognised for that, alongside such incredible women, feels very special.

Thank you to every person who’s turned up, come along on their own, brought a friend or made someone else feel welcome. You’re what makes Girly Dips what it is 💜

And thank you @londontheinside for including me. Feeling very proud of this one! 🥹

HEROES ‘26: YEAR OF THE WOMAN 🦸‍♀️

Our Heroes: Year of the Woman campaign celebrates 50 extraordinary women making London a better place - from community-builders and campaigners to founders and those creating space for the next gen.

We’ve been celebrating the people making London a better place through our annual Heroes campaign since 2017, but this is the list we feel most passionate about.

Throughout October, we’ll be showcasing their stories and shouting about all the incredible things they do.

@girlydips is a social swim community, founded to unite women across London through in-person swim events.

We’ve written a lot about the IRL community movement in London and we wanted to explore the BTS of a real life movement in action.

This is Episode 9 of our Insider Access series. Insider Access is LOTI’s short-form documentary series taking you behind the scenes of the people, places and events shaping London.

With more than 5,000 women united across age, background and experience, it’s truly an experience for everyone. And they don’t just stop in London, they also host dips in cities across the UK including Bristol & Brighton, and have partnership with overseas clubs like @_seagals_ in Australia.

Visit the link in bio for more and be sure to take part!
