POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
How much of yourself have you given away to keep the peace?

We stay quiet when something needs to be said.
We say yes when we mean no.
We soften what we really think.

This isn’t only about people who lack confidence. Often it’s the opposite, the ones who avoid these conversations are just as likely to be decisive, capable, sure of themselves. Disagreement takes time. Silence feels efficient.

But that efficiency has a cost.

True harmony can hold difficult conversations.
Artificial harmony depends on silence.

In trying to avoid conflict around us, we create conflict within ourselves.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁?
 ————-

Tonight’s match feels personal. 🇦🇷🇪🇬

I was born in Argentina, and my grandfather was born in Egypt.

So tonight, two parts of my story meet on the football field.

Growing up in Argentina, football wasn’t just a game, it was part of our identity. When Argentina plays, the country pauses.

The last match reminded me of a counterintuitive truth:

The greatest risk isn’t having too little talent. It’s believing talent is enough.

Even with Messi, the best player in the world, Argentina had to fight for every ball, every opportunity, and every goal.

Leadership is no different.

Talent opens doors.
Mastery keeps you in the game.

Confidence matters, but overconfidence creates blind spots.

The leaders and teams that endure are the ones who remain hungry, prepare relentlessly, stay humble enough to keep learning, and never assume yesterday’s success guarantees today’s victory.

Excellence isn’t about having the best player. It’s about bringing your best, every single day.

Tonight, my roots are divided.

My heart is with Argentina. 🇦🇷💙

What if success were measured by impact, not by problem-solving?

A client recently said something that stayed with me:

“Because of my history and everything I’ve lived through, I measure my value by my ability to solve problems.”

It made me reflect.

Many leaders tie their worth to being the one with the answers.
The fixer.
The one others turn to when things go wrong.

Over time, problem-solving stops being a skill and becomes an identity.

But there’s a hidden cost.

When we are trained to constantly look for problems, we become excellent at finding what is broken.

And sometimes blind to what is possible.

What we focus on shapes what we are able to see.

The leaders who create the greatest impact are rarely the ones solving every problem.

They are the ones creating clarity, developing people, and building the conditions for others to thrive.

At some point, leadership stops being about having all the answers.

And starts being about expanding the capacity of others.

Maybe success is not measured by the problems we solve.

Maybe it’s measured by the people we elevate and the impact that continues long after we leave the room.

What about you?

Do you measure your success by what you solve, or by what you make possible?

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Today, more than anything, I want to thank my children.

Thank you for the love, the laughter, the running around, the sleepless nights, the worries, the headaches, and for the extraordinary beauty that all the challenges of life brought into our lives.

But most of all… thank you for teaching me how to be a mom.

And to my own mom in heaven, after almost 24 years of missing you, becoming a grandmother has made me realize even more how much I would love to share this season of life with you.

Through motherhood, I did not only help raise children.
I also grew, softened, strengthened, and became more deeply human.

Today I honor my mom, my children, my growing family, and every mother and grandmother carrying love forward across generations. #leadership leadership #authenticleadership #sharinglove❤️ #alignment by @giselalowensteincoaching

Yesterday, we heard the story of a survivor.
Irene Schasha.

As a child, she escaped the Warsaw Ghetto through the sewers, holding her mother’s hand and a small doll, moving through darkness toward life.

She survived by becoming invisible.
Hidden in closets.
Living in silence.

After the war, she rebuilt her life…
carrying a past she didn’t speak about for decades, until she chose to share it through the March if the Living.

—

Her story lives at a powerful intersection:

We do not forget.
But we can forgive.

Not to erase the past, but to stop living from it.

—

Because most of us are running on a “default” an emotional operating system shaped by what we’ve lived.

And unless we question it…our past leads.

—

Forgiveness is the interruption.

The moment we remember, without letting memory define us.

—

So the question is:

What part of your past is still running your life…and are you ready to lead from somewhere else?

This week, Passover and Easter overlapped. Two different traditions, but both about reflection, renewal, freedom, hope, and the possibility of beginning again.

Holidays slow us down. They bring us together. They remind us what truly matters and give meaning to moments we often rush past.

This year, I experienced these holidays in a new way, for the first time, as a grandmother. I realized something: when you are a parent, there are responsibilities and expectations. When you are a grandparent, there are almost none. And suddenly, the smallest things, a smile, a laugh, a small hand on your face, feel enormous.

Here is the paradox:
When we expect less, we often receive more.
When we slow down, life feels fuller.
When we stop trying to make moments big, we realize they already are.

Maybe meaning doesn’t come from what we add to life, but from what we allow ourselves to feel.

As we go back to our routines, here is something to think about:
How would your life change if you lived with a little less expectation and a little more meaning?

Happy International Women’s Day to all of you. ♥️

Life is about understanding the frames through which we see the world.

Every perspective we stand in creates a frame.

And that frame can either limit what we see…
or allow us to move beyond what we normally perceive.

On this Women’s Day, I wish for you a new frame.

A frame that opens a wider window of opportunity.

A frame that allows you to see where others do not see.

To notice the colors, the shapes, the textures —
and even the subtle scents of life that often go unnoticed.

Because when your perception shifts…

true power emerges.

And suddenly,

a whole new horizon appears.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Gisela

What new frame are you ready to step into today?

What do high art, fashion, and craftsmanship have to do with leadership and legacy? Everything.

This week I had the honor of meeting Giuseppina Carnizzaro @g_i_c_a Director of the Alta Moda Salon at Dolce & Gabbana, and previewing their extraordinary exhibit at ICA Miami.

The show, “From the Heart to the Hands,” is a journey through history, creation, spirituality, and vision a powerful expression of identity, heritage, and unapologetic essence.

And the lesson goes far beyond fashion.

Legacy in art, family, or business is never built only with the hands, It begins in the heart.

When identity is clear, authenticity becomes non-negotiable.#
Modernity and tradition.
Technology and craftsmanship.
Vision and heritage.

Not competing, integrating.

That is what enduring legacy looks like.

Grateful to Giuseppina for her masterful explanation, her humility, her integrity, and the genuine heart with which she continues her family’s legacy.

If you live in Miami m, or are visiting, do not miss this exhibit.

Thank you to the @icamiami and to @dolcegabbana_exhibit and to the brilliant minds who contributed to this one-of-a-kind artistic experience.

🔥 Legacy isn’t just inherited, it’s co-created.
Are you doing it consciously?

Sitting next to Mafalda

For those who didn’t grow up in a Latin country:
Mafalda was a little girl created by the argentine cartoonist Quino.
She became an icon of conscience, curiosity, and ethical courage.

She asked the questions adults learned to avoid. Not with anger, but with clarity.

Most leadership challenges don’t come from lack of intelligence.
They come from becoming too serious, too early.

Somewhere along the way we learn that being “mature” means:
– Silencing uncomfortable questions
– Overriding intuition
– Calling curiosity naïve

Mafalda never did.

What we call childish
is often the last place truth still speaks freely.

Which “serious” habit quietly cost you your clarity?

Happy first week of the year ✨

As I step into this year, I’m not adding more goals or more speed. I’m choosing alignment, where what I think, say, and do are one and the same.

Every year we push harder… and yet many plans still fail.
Not because of strategy, but because of quiet self-betrayal, the moments we stop listening to ourselves.

Standing here, surrounded by nature, I’m reminded of something simple: when alignment is present, the body softens, the breath slows, and action stops feeling like pressure.

This year I’m asking myself:

-What am I finally ready to undo?
- Where am I out of alignment with myself?
- Is my presence built on performance… or coherence?

Which of these questions spoke most to you?

For me, it’s clear:
Alignment first. Action after.

So proud of my daughter @ilana.ohana1
This past Monday, alongside her grandmother @bea_diana and her internationally distinguished gallery @dianalowenstein_gallery, she hosted a beautiful event that opened Miami Art Week, presenting the Italian world-renowned artist @studioloriscecchini On Wednesday, before Art Basel opening, she also organized a powerful panel conversation with
#loriscecchini @leandroerlichofficial @marcel_van_luit @thebravenewearth (Nash Petrovich)
moderated by @marlies.thecultivist

This moment marks the beginning of her movement, “The New Current” @thenewcurrentofficial, a movement created to bring together artists whose work reflects nature, sustainability, and the emotional resonance of being immersed in the natural world.

Ili, you grew up surrounded by art, and it is incredibly meaningful to witness you bloom, create, and expand the legacy your grandmother began and your dad @diegolowenstein shaped. Your bond with your grandmother is truly special, a legacy beautifully alive across generations.

We are so proud of you! ❤️

With deep gratitude to everyone who made this possible:

The Leadership of Gratitude

Most people misunderstand gratitude, especially leaders.

We’re told it rewires the mind and lifts our frequency…
True, but only part of the truth.

Neuroscience shows:
For every 7 negative thoughts, we create only 1 positive.
And make sure you also understand that the painful memories live on if we keep feeding them.

So today, on Thanksgiving, we pause.
Not to pretend life is perfect, but to honor what is real.

Here’s the counterintuitive truth:
Gratitude doesn’t arrive after life gets easier.
Gratitude is what creates the space
for life to feel meaningful again.

Real gratitude is presence.
It’s the tenderness we give small moments.
It’s choosing to focus on the exceptional,
even in imperfect seasons.

When we do, something inside softens.
Something opens.
Something returns home.

Gratitude isn’t an obligation.
It’s a doorway.
A beautiful, powerful one.

Reflection:
What gives your life real meaning?
Are your thoughts honoring it, or are you letting distractions pull you out of your truth?

Happy Thanksgiving💕💕💕
